The Supreme Court has struck a blow against the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) by curtailing the sweeping powers of the agency that it had claimed under the Clean Water Act.
The nation’s highest court has reigned in the EPA’s alleged authority to oversee water pollution, stating that the Clean Water Act does not grant the agency the authority to regulate discharges into certain wetlands near bodies of water.

I have just read an important article by Dr. Emanuel Garcia focussing on how many deaths are associated with the Covid mRNA vaccine since the outset of the Vaccine program in mid-December 2020.
Emanuel Garcia rightfully says that the “evidence is there. It is overwhelming”.
But that evidence is by no means complete. It is fragmented. It does not provide a broader picture of what is happening at the level of the entire planet.
Scientists and medical doctors have documented the tragic circumstances of vaccine related deaths of numerous people in all walks of life and age groups, including children and new born.

The situation in France has escalated alarmingly fast. Police are reporting that “violent minorities” are wreaking havoc across the county — setting things on fire, looting, and wreaking widespread destruction.
The chaos erupted after a police officer shoot a North African teenager who allegedly failed to cooperate, threatened the police, and sped off in his car. The current scene playing out in France looks a lot like the US “color revolution” that was unleashed after George Floyd’s death. It’s almost as if there’s a predetermined script that’s everyone’s following. France is much smaller than the U.S., so their “George Floyd Revolution” is hitting a lot harder. The situation has escalated to the point where police unions are now sounding “civil war” alarms, claiming they’re dealing with an “us versus them” conflict.

The Epoch Times headline in your “NYC Out of Control” post calls the dollar part of the verdict against the Trumps a “penalty.” It has also been called a “fine,” but I haven’t yet seen it called “damages” in a headline. I think Hochul, Engoron, and James know that the amount was based on a damage assessment and calculation that may not hold up. New York Executive Law § 63(12) clearly reads that the attorney general “may apply…for an order…directing restitution and damages…”. [Emphasis mine.]

In a 60 Minutes interview over the weekend, host Scott Pelley asked President Joe Biden, “Are the wars in Israel and Ukraine more than the United States can take on at the same time?” The president answered, “We can take care of both of these and still maintain our overall international defense. We have the capacity to do this, and we have an obligation to.”
In a Sky News interview released Monday, Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen gave a similar answer when asked whether the US could afford to fund another war at this time: “I think the answer is absolutely. America can certainly afford to stand with Israel and to support Israel’s military needs. And we also can and must support Ukraine in its struggle against Russia.”
