Last month we reported that thanks to the legal efforts of Children’s Health Defense (CHD) and attorney Sujata Gibson, New York State repealed their vaccine mandate for health care workers. That repeal officially occurred on October 4, 2023.
Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was the Chairman of CHD when this case was launched.
However the NY Attorney General asked for the victory that made the vaccine mandate null and void deeming it arbitrary and capricious be mooted. Had this been granted by the NY Appellate Court in the 4th Department it would have allowed the mandate to possibly come back in the future.

Josu García de Albeniz (25) from Spain, a Karate Fitness Gasteiz Karate exponent collapsed from a cardiac arrest at the entrance of a music festival. He later died in hospital. Alia Zuidema (21) from Michigan, a former high school basketball player died suddenly after a “medical emergency.”
These are the two latest reports of athletes recorded in Good Sciencing’s list. Good Sciencing is maintaining a non-exhaustive and continuously growing list of mainly young athletes who had major medical issues in 2021 and 2022 after receiving one or more doses of Covid injections. As of April 2023, Good Sciencing had recorded 1,884 athlete cardiac arrests or serious issues since January 2021. There are another 55 cases that Good Sciencing is still investigating or awaiting further information.

Constable Helen Grus began probing into an emerging pattern of unusual sudden infant deaths (“SIDS”) after the rollout of covid mRNA injections in Ottawa.
Grus is now facing a disciplinary tribunal. She is being charged with discreditable conduct for querying the Ottawa Police Service (“OPS”) database in an attempt to discern whether a pattern of SIDS cases was emerging and if adequate information was being collected about the probable cause.

According to the survey I just did of over 16,000 people, fully vaccinated people are more than 2X as likely to get COVID than the unvaccinated.
What I found was fascinating is that if you did get COVID, the probability of being hospitalized was identical in the two groups.

This study was carefully done, peer-reviewed and published in a scientific journal, New Microbes and New Infections.
It looked at very sick, hospitalised patients with COVID-19 and tried to see if hydroxychloroquine, given with or without the antibiotic azithromycin, would help save lives.
