According to exit polls, Marine Le Pen’s National Rally (RN) party scored historic gains in Sunday’s first round of France’s parliamentary election. The final outcome will be determined in next week’s run-off.
The RN secured around 34% of the vote, exit polls from Ipsos, Ifop, OpinionWay, and Elabe indicated. This is a significant setback for President Emmanuel Macron, who called the snap election after his party was trounced by the RN in European Parliament elections earlier this month. The RN’s share of the vote was comfortably ahead of leftist and centrist rivals, including Macron’s Together alliance, which garnered between 20.5% and 23%. The New Popular Front (NFP), a hastily assembled left-wing coalition, was projected to win around 29% of the vote.
The Absurdity of “Open Borders”

Some libertarians argue that libertarianism requires support for “open borders,” but this is a mistake. “Open borders” is the view in the existing world of states, the state ought to admit as many people who want to come to the United States as possible. Of course, you don’t have the right to occupy property that is privately owned. But much of the property in the United States is “public,” which means that it is up to those who run the state to decide what to do with it. Of course, this is an unsatisfactory situation and we should do what we can to bring about a world with no “public” property and no state, but for now the question is what to do: open borders or not?

Documents in the Telegram channel translated by the DCNF identify U.S. border wall gaps, instruct Chinese nationals on how to answer questions from Border Patrol agents and provide scripts for requesting asylum.

Chinese Nationals Pour Into San Diego; No One Stops Them

According to Bill Melugin, 118 Chinese nationals crossed illegally into the San Diego sector yesterday. Fox reporter Melugin gets his information from CBP.
He said over 30,000 Chinese have come in since October 1st. I’m sure they are all coming for a better life, even though most are single military-age men, and China is our frenemy.
This is unprecedented. There is no sign that anyone cares or has done a thing to limit the influx.
Others coming through San Diego are from countries with extreme poverty, terrorism, or crime.
