Research shows that the number of violent incidents increased from 24 cases in 2014 to 312 cases in 2017, an increase of 1200%, newspaper Krone reports.
The ÖVP party’s security spokesman Karl Mahrer, urgently calls for comprehensive preventive measures in view of this development.
“Violence in schools must not be tolerated. We need obligatory anti-violence training by the police, in the same way as traffic education,” says Mahrer

The American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), a rabidly pro-vaccine front group working on behalf of Big Pharma, recently mailed out a deceptive survey to its members asking them to explain how they are engaging in “Firearm Injury Prevention” – as if it’s part of the normal job description of doctors and pediatricians to somehow encourage their patients to avoid owning guns under any circumstances.
In a wide-ranging Fox News interview released on Sunday, President Trump said he hadn’t listened to the Khashoggi tape, one day after he praised the US’s relationship with Saudi Arabia in response to reports that the CIA had identified Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman as the mastermind of the plot to kill Jamal Khashoggi. And as speculation about the administration’s ability to hold the Saudis accountable intensified, Trump said the administration will release a “very full report” on the killing on Tuesday, according to BBG.
Trump again denied that the CIA had made a final conclusion as to who is responsible for Khashoggi’s killing, instead insisting that the US “hadn’t assessed anything yet.” In response to the Friday report in the Washington Post, Trump said that information was premature. “It’s too early. That was a very premature report.”

The mainstream media’s obsession with racial, ethnic, and gender diversity masks its virulent opposition to ideological diversity, which is clearer than ever in the establishment’s reporting on Venezuela.
For all that the left and right wings of the establishment media present themselves as bitter enemies of one another, there is very little diversity of thought in their coverage of American foreign policy. This ideological lockstep they cover up with vaudevillian antics – denouncing President Donald Trump as a racist, misogynist, and other social-justice “don’ts” on one end, while the other side declares Christianity to be under siege by the forces of LGBT, sharia law, and endless tides of migrants. This surface “diversity” – whether they’re for it or against it – is supposed to stand in for the real thing.

From the moment candidate Donald Trump won the Republican nomination, the deck was stacked against him. He was a chicken, surrounded by wolves, and they were just waiting for the right moment to consume him. But they all underestimated him. Crazy as people believe Trump to be, he has prevailed in the face of overwhelming opposition.
Anyone who’s ever worked on a jigsaw puzzle knows that the process is tedious in the beginning. First, we place all the similar colored pieces in small groups, try various configurations and then we see how two groups might fit together and so on. At a certain point, the progress becomes faster until finally, a picture starts to emerge.

The National Football League, suffering from dwindling attendance and negative publicity, seems to be mirroring national trends as it is falling victim to political and economic issues instead of concentrating on what it does best: performing for fans on the field of dreams.
Growing up in the post-industrial city of Pittsburgh in the 1970s, at a time when the steel industry was collapsing and the oil crisis was in full swing, was not always a bed of roses.
