Previously classified CIA documents have revealed U.S. plans to control the world through weather manipulation.
The files, declassified in 2003, examine the controversial concept of weather modification—using methods such as rockets or aircraft to release chemicals into the atmosphere in order to influence climate conditions and storm patterns.
While the resurfaced 1965 documents do not specify which chemicals were used, they highlight calls for increased funding into weather modification research, which was being considered for potential military applications.

Last month, Congress introduced legislation that would impose a nationwide ban on geoengineering and atmospheric weather modification, criminalizing activities such as aerosol spraying, cloud seeding, solar radiation management, and other atmospheric interventions designed to alter weather or climate conditions.

This cast of characters in Washington are doing everything in their power to virtually gut any and every form of environmental modification and monitoring systems that allow us to track climate engineering. They are doing everything they can to hide these operations until the moment of impact. . .. We already have an illegal federal gag order on the nations’ weathermen. That’s the National Weather Service and NOAA with a gag order on all ‘agency operations.’”
