On November 30, 2023, Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett announced that she is entertaining the idea of granting an emergency injunction filed by the National Association for Gun Rights, to halt the implementation of a prohibition on AR-15s and standard-capacity magazines.
This comes after the 7th Circuit’s panel, made up of three judges, issued a ruling that AR-15s are not “arms” as far as the Second Amendment goes.

WeShoot, a range and gun store, in the Jersey Shore area is facing significant social media censorship. Mark Abady, one of WeShoot’s owners, claims that the store has been facing repeated cases of Facebook trying to censor the gun store’s social media page.
According to Abady, the store has been facing ban threats, content blocks, and shadow banning. In a recent post published on Facebook, Abady said the following:

According to a recent study, the homicide rate in the United States plummeted in 2023. The drop was so drastic in fact, the study’s author was quoted saying that this is likely one of the fastest declines in homicides ever recorded.
But is there a reason for the decline? We think so. It’s possible that the removal of gun control may have played a critical role in this decline.
In 2022, the Supreme Court issued a landmark decision in the case NYSRPA v. Bruen.
HUGE NEWS: The Supreme Court will take up the case of Fischer v. United States, which deals with the misapplication of ‘obstruction of an official proceeding’ charges to J6 cases.

The leftist-media claim a 5-year sentence was harsh. However, in terms of the violations of privacy and law the sentence was a mere slap on the wrist.
Charles Littlejohn (38) previously pleaded guilty to stealing and leaking the tax returns of Donald Trump and approximately 2,000 other high-profile people. The tax returns were given to The New York Times and ProPublica, who published the contents of 152 individual tax returns.

During a discussion on MSNBC centered on gun controls that might be pushed post-Minneapolis shooting, The Trace reporter Mike Spies suggested bans that would include handguns.
The Trace is an online pro-gun control outlet.
Spies was in a round table with MSNBC’s Katy Tur, who said, “The majority of Americans don’t own guns and the majority of Americans want stricter gun laws.”
Tur did not offer any substantiation for her claims, nor did she mention that the number of firearms in civilian possession topped 490 million as of 2022.

(Zero Hedge) The Department of Justice under Attorney General Pam Bondi is advancing an argument that threatens to hollow out the Fourth Amendment’s core protection: that Americans may be secure in their homes against warrantless searches.
The lawsuit is Case v. Montana. After a difficult breakup, William Trevor Case was at home alone when police arrived for a so-called “welfare check.” They spent nearly an hour outside his house. Officers walked around the property, shined flashlights through windows, and even discussed calling his relatives or reaching him directly. They never did. Instead, they retrieved rifles and a ballistic shield, broke down his door without a warrant, and shot him.

The IRS, the U.S. Postal Service, the EPA, the Department of Health and Human Services, and more than 100 other federal agencies (none of which operate under the aegis of the Department of Defense) have “spent $3.7 billion on guns, ammunition, and military-style equipment,” according to a new report on the arming of the bureaucracy.

The left has gone so far off the rails, even their own pet projects are crashing and burning. When you push radical nonsense long enough, eventually the donors dry up, the base checks out, and the circus tent folds up and collapses. Well, that’s exactly what’s happening with David Hogg’s once-hyped anti-gun group, March for Our Lives.
