Last year, the gun control crowd scored one of its biggest victories in the last three decades after President Joe Biden signed the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act into law.
Per a Fact Sheet published by the Biden regime in May 2023, a key provision of this legislation is “enhanced background checks” and a modified definition of who is “engaged in the business” of selling firearms.

According to data from the FBI’s National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS), unadjusted criminal background checks rose 2.9% to 2.73 million in December, the highest in about eight months. However, compared with a year ago, gun buying has slumped 10% from 3.04 million.

Let’s address the elephant in the room.
The 2nd Amendment was written as a compromise between the Federalists and the Anti-Federalists. The Federalists saw England as our nation’s greatest threat (having just fought them in the Revolutionary War, and being about to fight them again in the War of 1812), whereas the Anti-Federalists saw the Federalists as being our nation’s greatest threat. The Federalists wanted a standing Federal Army to fight foreign threats (at the time the British), whereas the Anti-Federalists wanted all military power to rest with the individual states such that the Federal Government would lack the power to infringe upon the rights of the people.

Charles Littlejohn (38) previously pleaded guilty to stealing and leaking the tax returns of Donald Trump and approximately 2,000 other high-profile people. The tax returns were given to The New York Times and ProPublica, who published the contents of 152 individual tax returns.

Last week, at the height of the border crisis fiasco, the FBI arrested a Tennessee man for coordinating with several militia groups to go to the border and, to use his words, “get to work.” Paul Faye told the FBI he believed the government was planning to wage a war against its citizens and that he was hoping to unleash the hornet’s nest. He also revealed to the FBI that he intended to transport explosive munitions to the border to be used against government agents and illegal immigrants. It sounds like a perfect opportunity to charge him under the nation’s anti-terrorism laws. Yet, despite these intentions to start the next American revolution, Faye was only charged with selling an unregistered NFA item to an undercover agent.

This ruling came about in the case of Heriberto Carbajal-Flores, who faced charges under 18 U.S.C. § 922(g)(5), a federal statute that prohibits noncitizens without legal status in the U.S. from “possess[ing] in or affecting commerce, any firearm or ammunition; or to receive any firearm or ammunition which has been shipped or transported in interstate or foreign commerce.”
