To see what liberals have in store for us, look to the countries where leftists have the least resistance. Canada and Belgium suggest that the economic inefficiency of socialized medicine will be addressed with the final solution.

In Canada, even some Catholics go along:

Dr. Danielle Kain … was appointed to the directorship of palliative care at Providence Hospital in Kingston, Ontario, July 1.

The Kingston hospital is one of 22 health care institutions in Ontario under the sponsorship of Catholic Health Sponsors of Ontario (CHSO). The CHSO was formed in 1998 to assume responsibility for institutions formerly under the guidance and management of congregations of religious sisters.

Kain is both a staunch proponent and practitioner of euthanasia.

The tumor was in the brain stem, the most sensitive area of the brain. This type of cancer was considered inoperable and always terminal. The Morenos were told that chemotherapy might extend Tori’s life by a few weeks, but at the cost of severe side effects. On May 30, 2023, Chinese President Xi Jinping said to his top national security officials to be prepared for “worst case scenarios” and “stormy seas.”

According to Alex Wu of The Epoch Times, Xi was talking to officials who participated in the first National Security Commission meeting since the CCP’s 20th National Congress in 2022, per a report by state-run Xinhua.

As commission chairman, Xi declared they must deeply understand “the complexity and difficulty of the national security issues we now face have increased significantly.” Xi called on CCP officials to carry forward the “spirit of struggle” and “must adhere to bottom-line thinking and worst-case-scenario thinking, and get ready to undergo the major tests of high winds and rough waves, and even perilous, stormy seas.”

The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is refusing to release updated information on reported cases of myocarditis and pericarditis following COVID-19 vaccination.

COVID-19 vaccines can cause the inflammatory conditions, the CDC previously confirmed.

The agency has regularly conveyed the number of post-vaccination myocarditis and pericarditis cases to the Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS), which it helps manage, as it has consulted with its advisers on updates to the vaccines.

Merrick Garland or the Whistleblowers?” after the allegations of IRS whistleblowers and the categorical denial of Attorney General Merrick Garland on the Hunter Biden investigation. I noted that it would not be a difficult question to answer given the highly specific account of the whistleblowers of meetings, including witnesses. Now the New York Times has confirmed one of the key allegations. While the newspaper buried the major fact in the 21st paragraph of the story, it confirmed that U.S. Attorney David Weiss did attempt to bring additional charges in California and D.C. but was blocked.

As I covered the other day, household income in the United States has declined by 9.1 percent since April 2020 after adjusting for inflation and taxes. In other words, the middle class is a whole lot smaller than it was in April 2020, and it continues to get smaller with each passing day.
