The three protagonists in these dystopian novels have more similarities than differences. Montag, the fireman who burns books in Fahrenheit 451, is the protagonist who begins to question his life, his profession, and why he and most of the population are deeply unhappy. His curiosity about the books he previously burned leads him into conflict with his family, his bosses, and society. He murders his boss and becomes a fugitive among the other rebels who love books and refuse to knuckle under to the totalitarians blowing up and burning their world.

The US military has been struggling with recruitment efforts in recent years. Only 13% of 18 to 29-year-olds are “highly willing” to enlist. Prioritizing the woke agenda has alienated the once-core conservative, traditional members. The current Commander in Chief is not patriotic and does not inspire young men to join the military. We abandoned operations in Afghanistan chaotically when we should never have been there anyhow, forced service members to undergo vaccinations, and continued to heighten tensions with foreign nations to a level where another world war is inevitable. Every branch has failed to meet their recruitment numbers despite the military lowering the standards to join. The latest desperate attempt to recruit members is the opposite of the image of a tough soldier.

If reporting on the true state of the economy, meaning a 2024 recession is still possible, or even probable, would the media hold back on reporting the truth in an election year if it would help a Democrat president?
That was a rhetorical question. Of course they would, and there are major indicators showing that is exactly what is happening.
We’ll start with the liberal media because they’re in the best position possible to gaslight and influence Americans. If they ignore something, a significant number of Americans will never see it, unless they are readers of Independent News Media as well. They direct the news, not as much as they used to thanks to the internet, but it does take a lot of work from independent websites collectively to force the MSM to address a topic they prefer the public remain ignorant of.

The CDC was hiding their findings about covid vaccines causing myocarditis in young people. The Epoch Times filed a Freedom of Information Request to force the CDC to reveal their findings. They complied last week with the court order by releasing 148 pages, of which, 148 pages were fully redacted. The arrogance and lawlessness of these petty tyrants is beyond the pale.

Boeing’s reputation continues to slide as a new fuselage problem was discovered on 50 undelivered 737 MAX jets, Reuters first reported.
Stan Deal, the chief executive of Boeing’s commercial plane unit, wrote in a memo to employees on Sunday that the Renton, Washington, factory will “spend several days” to focus on “quality, including inspecting some undelivered airplanes for a potential nonconformance prior to delivery.”
“This past Thursday, a supplier notified us of a nonconformance in some 737 fuselages. I want to thank an employee at the supplier who flagged to his manager that two holes may not have been drilled exactly to our requirements,” Deal said.
