Marsha Blackburn: Hunter Gets ‘Sweetheart Deal for Lying on Background Check,’ Deja Taylor Gets 18-24 Months in Prison

by Awr Hawkins, Breitbart:

Sen. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) tweeted her disgust with the Biden Department of Justice Wednesday, noting that Hunter Biden is being allowed to walk for committing the same crime that landed Deja Taylor an 18-24-month prison sentence.

Blackburn tweeted, “Biden’s DOJ is giving Hunter a sweetheart deal for lying on a firearm background check. Meanwhile, the same DOJ is sending Deja Taylor to prison for 18-24 months for the exact same offense. What happened to equal justice under the law?”:

Why We Have NO Data Privacy In The US

by Karl Denninger, Market Ticker:

This is pretty-simple: The Federal Government, via various agencies, is buying your data which all falls under the “other commercial purposes” statement in the “Terms Of Service” you signed up for with your phone, your social media account and everything else.

This is wildly in violation of the intent of the 4th Amendment yet it is exactly the same sort of dodge that the US Park Service just served up on Great Smoky Mountains National Park patrons starting this year in the form of a requirement to buy a “parking pass” to pull off into any of the parking areas — a dodge around the negotiated deal when the park was formed between the Park Service and both Tennessee and North Carolina which stated that the Park Service could not charge entry fees — that is, “toll the road.”

STUDY: Farming sector of Ukraine, the “breadbasket of Europe,” won’t recover for at least 20 years

by Ethan Huff, Natural News:

After the war in Ukraine comes to an end – and who knows when that might be? – it will take at least 20 years for the country’s agricultural sector to recover, according to a new report from the Kyiv School of Economics.

Once known as the “breadbasket” of Europe, Ukraine’s farming industry has been severely disrupted following the Russian invasion. Staple crops like maize (corn), oats, rapeseed (canola), and rye are not expected to fully recover to pre-invasion production levels until at least 2050.

The weaponization of the US justice system goes far beyond stopping Donald Trump

by Frank Wright, LifeSite News:

‘This case is the Deep State versus democracy, not the U.S. versus Donald Trump,’ opined American lawyer Robert Barnes.

Weaponizing the legal process is not simply about stopping Donald Trump – it aims at the permanent capture of U.S. power by the Deep State.

According to U.S. lawyer Robert Barnes, the latest legal measures deployed against former President Donald Trump are aimed at supplanting the powers of the presidency – permanently.

Fighting Racism and the Culture War in America

by Tom Renz, Esq., America Outloud:

I’m of the belief that we should recognize and celebrate our history. It’s integral that we understand where we’ve come from and learn from our past, especially the dark parts. The bottom line is slavery is a horrible chapter in American history, and Juneteenth celebrates its abolition as a good thing.

Dr. Martin Luther King’s “I Have a Dream” speech is my favorite historic speech of all time. Dr. King talks about American history and the Emancipation Proclamation, and how long after the slaves were freed, people of color were still treated as lesser in our society. A black man was not viewed as equal to a white man, and those who lived through the civil rights movement know all too well about the evils of segregation and the racism that was still occurring at that time. Regardless of race, Every man and woman must have equal opportunity in a free society.
