With nearly every mass shooting one common denominator is frequently overlooked, and it’s the one that pharmaceutical companies make billions of dollars off of.
Nine dead, twenty five wounded, several families devastated, and a country in mourning. That is the result after 18 year old Jesse Van Rootselaar murdered her mother and stepbrother, and proceeded to carry out a mass shooting at Canada’s Tumbler Ridge Secondary School in rural British Columbia.
And as fury erupts online with the same old talking points, the public is ensnared in the same tired debates while ghoulish grifters do everything they can to exploit the tragedy to promote their own culture war narratives. Right wing charlatans like Infowars focus on the shooter being transgender, attempting to falsely equate trans identity with a higher propensity for violence despite the fact that data from The Violence Prevention Project at Hamline University identifies that transgender people make up for only 0.11% of mass shootings. While on the left side of the false paradigm they predictably renew their anti gun rhetoric attempting to blame the firearm for the shooting despite Canada’s stringent anti gun laws.

The very straightforward question posted to Attorney General Bondi:
