According to the latest Mockingbird article by SKY NEWS entitled, COVID-19: New variant spreading across UK – as overall cases continue to rise:
A new COVID variant is spreading across the UK, according to the UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) – and already makes up one in seven new cases.
Scientifically known as EG.5.1, it is descended from the Omicron variant of COVID.
The UKHSA has been monitoring its prevalence in the country due to increasing cases internationally, particularly in Asia, and it was classified as a variant here on 31 July.

A federal judge recently ruled that investigative reporter Catherine Herridge must reveal her sources for an investigative series involving an FBI investigation into a Chinese scientist named Yanping Chen.
Herridge, currently with CBS News – but was was employed by Fox News at the time of the reports – must sit for a deposition and answer questions under oath about the identity and intent of her sources, per US District Judge Christopher Cooper.

The legislation, introduced Friday, according to Breitbart, proposes the tax for AR-15s and other so-called “assault weapons” along with “high capacity” magazines. This is the latest move of Democrats’ hysterical anti-Second Amendment gun control campaign.

Judge Aileen Cannon in the Southern District for Florida federal court delivered a blow to Special Counsel Jack Smith’s inquisition against President Trump regarding the “classified documents” case. In their process, she also caused the liberals to go into unhinged meltdowns where they demanded her dismissal.
As Politico’s Kyle Cheney reported, Cannon struck down two of Special Counsel Jack Smith’s sealed filings in her ruling today. Cheney said she came out swinging.
