On November 29, 2023, the Biden regime called on a federal judge to throw out a legal challenge to the United States Military Academy at West Point’s use of race in admissions. It declared that Army diversity was “integral to ensuring national security.”
In a brief, the US Department of Justice contended that the military academy’s affirmative-action policies are still valid even following the US Supreme Court’s June decision overturning affirmative actions policies routinely used by colleges to increase the enrollment of Black, Hispanic and other non-white students.

The magnificently ballooning US government debt is rapidly approaching $34 trillion (now at $33.84 trillion), up from $33 trillion in mid-September, and up from $32 trillion in mid-June, amid a tsunami of issuance of Treasury securities to fund the stunning government deficits.
But inflation has broken out on a massive scale in early 2021, and the Fed has hiked its policy rates to 5.5% at the top end, and it has unloaded $1.1 trillion from its balance sheet under its QT program, which is pushing up long-term yields. And so the interest rates that the Treasury Department has to pay to be able to sell these mountains of Treasury securities every week has risen, with T-bills selling at yields of around 5.5% and longer-term securities selling at yields in the 4.3% to 4.7% range, after going over 5% a month ago.

The United States Government today bears little resemblance to the government created by the Founding Fathers. Many “reforms” contributed to the transformation of an accountable government to an unaccountable one. For example, the direct election of US senators and the expansion of the franchise from male property owners adversely affected the security of private property. Others point to the effects of wars. All of these played a role in America’s destruction. However, in my opinion the transformation of American government can be explained by events in three short periods of our history.

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) has re-shared a study emphasizing the fact that wearing an N95 face mask for any reason can expose wearers to dangerous levels of deadly chemicals.
Researchers from Jeonbuk National University in South Korea evaluated two different types of disposable medical-grade masks, as well as several types of reusable cotton masks, of the sort worn during the Wuhan coronavirus (COVID-19) “pandemic.” They discovered that the chemicals released by these masks occurred at levels eight times the recommended safety limit for toxic volatile organic compounds (TVOCs).
