Excessive childhood vaccination, febrile seizures, risk of Autism

Autism is one of the most rapidly rising chronic lifelong disorders that is the least studied.I make this point in the monologue of our program by doing searches on PUBMED, giving you the number of manuscripts retrieved. Why would this particular problem not be of comparable interest to the pediatric research community as other common problems?

In 2023, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention announced another increase in the prevalence of autism among children. In a pair of new reports — one focused on 8-year-olds and one on 4-year-olds — the CDC found that 1 out of every 36 children has autism. This is a significant increase from the 2021 estimate of 1 in 44, which was a big jump from 1 in 110 in 2006. In the 1960s, the rate of autism was 1:10,000.

Certainly, there have been advancements in screening and detection, but has the rate always been about 3% of the population? As an epidemiologist, I can tell you there is a real rate of rise. The real issue at hand is what is causing this population surge in this complex and poorly understood disorder?

One of the byproducts of the COVID-19 mass vaccination debacle has been a critical review of the routine childhood vaccination schedule and rates of chronic childhood diseases, including allergies, asthma, need for tympanostomy tubes, epilepsy, attention deficit disorder, and autism spectrum disorder. While the exact cause of autism is not known, there are strong risk factors, including older age of parents, siblings with autism, and febrile seizures occurring during childhood.

In the monologue, I point out that autism is strongly linked to gender dysphoria, which is the clinical diagnosis upon which transgender medicine and surgery are administered. So, the stakes could not be any higher for parents with autistic children to figure out why this is happening and what they can do about it. I was delighted to meet Len and Cass Arcuri, young parents who are taking the time to learn and educate their followers:

“We’re parents who became All-In Parents after our son’s autism diagnosis. We’ve been on our journey for over a decade, and we know the challenges that parents can face. We navigated our son’s journey from moderate/severe autism to now where he is thriving! We know how to overcome the challenges, roadblocks and blind spots parents face as they support their child. Personalized coaching support means that we support you as you need to be supported. Every child is different, and every parent is different. Our goal is to set you up for success! We equip you with the insights, strategies and tools that fit YOUR needs. We have a unique set of skills that bring a holistic, functional and integrative approach to what we do.”
