That the Crocus terrorists did not separate and were captured in the same vehicle that they arrived in — and captured in the same place at the same time! — points to cut-outs who were “properly” led with regard to the attack (that is, from the west’s point of view) but not with regard to their escape.

The Tajik terrorists should have been trained to split up via separate escape routes, using separate and different vehicles from the one they arrived in, and in separate directions. In other words, the escape should have been planned as meticulously as the initial attack itself was.

That the shooters were all together, attempting to escape in the same car that they arrived in (at the scene of the attack) shows an unconscionable level of incompetence and bad planning, whether by accident or by design. Prima facie it seems that someone or some entity wanted to sabotage their escape; thus the shooters (cut-outs) would be caught, and the attack then blamed on ISIL.

Most important, whoever organized this knew that ISIL would be quick to accept “credit” for the attack and then boast about it. The ‘successful attack’ (from the point of view of the west) and then the bungled escape — also on a weekend! — while using hapless punks, has the fingerprints of western intelligence all over this tragic operation and in 3D. Just look at the western MSM braying about “Putin’s ISIL problem” for implicit proof.

As for ISIS-K, it is a construct of the CIA. Period, full stop. I wrote an article about ISIS K years ago, with the full story. But it’s quite easy to find that information publicly elsewhere, even with the google-scrubbed results we receive from an online search today..

In this video, Phil Giraldi discusses the attack from 6:48 on:
