Mainstream media entered into election manipulation early during the run-up to the 2024 election. During the last two elections, the media’s disdain was focused on Donald Trump. Enter a new candidate that is causing a stir, Robert F. Kennedy Jr. He is running for president in the upcoming contest and challenging current President Joe Biden in the primary. His family is a household surname in American politics. Regarded by many as royalty to our political system.

RFK Jr., is an environmental lawyer who found his way into advocating for those injured and adversely affected by vaccines to which he founded, Children’s Health Defense. The mainstream media has painted him as an anti-vaccine advocate repeatedly, and his stature rose in the public perception during the covid-19 vaccine mandates. Kennedy does not identify as an anti-vaxxer; he instead sees himself as a safe vaccine advocate.
Last week, the New York Post published an article about a dinner he attended where they focused more on farting than the content. By the weekend, they published an off-the-record conversation out-of-context which they used to call him anti-Semitic. A few hours after that was published, Kennedy took to Twitter to blast the Post and their manipulation of the conversation.
Donald Trump has competition for who the dishonest media will cover the most. The spin rooms are going to be working overtime at the papers and news media conglomerate offices.
