Foreigners may be getting away with voting in the American presidential election thanks to some questionable wording in changes to the U.S. Federal Code and other loopholes that seem to exist largely to encourage this type of behavior.

This is according to True the Vote Founder Catherine Engelbrecht, who notes that although people who are not American citizens are generally barred from voting in theory, many non-citizens do end up casting their ballots because there are no effective measures in place to stop them from doing so.
