With Israel bracing for potential retaliation from Iran and its proxies after two assassinations in Beirut and Tehran, the United States is scrambling forces to prepare for an escalation that threatens to engulf the Middle East.
We are watching a war coming together in the Middle East, the likes of which we have not seen since perhaps the Six Day War back in 1967. Yesterday, we told you about how Hamas leader Ismail Haniyeh was killed, likely by drone strike from Israel, but today that story gets a bit more complex. Breaking news is now saying that the bomb that blew him up was smuggled into that room two months ago, and was only detonated when it was confirmed Haniyeh was staying there. Israel loves to play the long game, and this time it would spectacularly well. But what about next time?
