by Cristina Laila, The Gateway Pundit:

The federal investigation into Rudy Giuliani’s business dealings in Ukraine and relationship with Ukrainian-American businessmen who were just arrested is much broader and more invasive than previously known.

Trump’s personal lawyer Rudy Giuliani is a subject of a counterintelligence investigation by the FBI.

Giuliani maintains that he is unaware of the criminal investigations into his business dealings with Ukraine.

Double Jeopardy? New NY state law will allow the state to prosecute people who have received a presidential pardon

by Sean Walton, The Daily Sheeple:

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed legislation on Wednesday that will allow the state to prosecute people who have received a presidential pardon for the same offense, which could potentially affect associates of President Donald Trump.

The bill, which was passed by the state legislature in May, closes New York’s “double jeopardy” legal loophole that protected individuals who are pardoned by a president for federal crimes from being prosecuted at the state level for the same offense. The change goes into effect immediately and applies to future and past offenses provided a plea has not been entered and a person has not already been tried.

Economic Decay Leads to Social and Political Decay

by Charles Hugh Smith, Of Two Minds:

If we want to make real progress, we have to properly diagnose the structural sources of the rot that is spreading quickly into every nook and cranny of the society and culture.

It seems my rant yesterday (Let Me Know When It’s Over) upset a lot of people, many of whom felt I trivialized the differences between the parties and all the reforms that people believe will right wrongs and reduce suffering.

OK, I get it, there are differences, but if the “reform” doesn’t change the source of the suffering and injustice, it’s just window-dressing that makes the supporter feel virtuous. Want an example? Let’s take the the “cruel and unusual punishment” for drug-law offenders, many of whom are African-American males whose lives are effectively hobbled by felony convictions and long sentences in America’s Drug War Gulag.

Julian Assange Has Been Subjected To Torture & Violations Of Due Process Rights – UN

by Joe Martino, Collective Evolution:

  • The Facts:A team on behalf of the UN has determined that Julian Assange has been subjected to psychological torture and has not received due process. Corporate media is ignoring the story completely.
  • Reflect On:Why are we not hearing the truth about one of humanity’s most important and prolific whistleblowers? Is it because what he reveals hurts the global elite?
According to UN Special Rapporteur on Torture Nils Melzer, WikiLeaks publisher Julian Assange has been subjected to “psychological torture” and his due process rights have been “systematically violated” by all the states involved in his incarceration. Melzer went to see Assange at Belmarsh prison in the UK on October 15th, 2019 with two medical experts, the trio determined that Assange had been exposed to a prolonged period of psychological torture.

from Government Slaves:

Free speech is dead and if you dare challenge it we will destroy you financially. From the whore media:

A jury in Wisconsin has awarded $450,000 to the father of a boy killed in the 2012 Sandy Hook school shooting after he filed a defamation lawsuit against conspiracy theorist writers who claimed the massacre never happened. A Dane County jury on Tuesday decided the amount James Fetzer must pay Leonard Pozner, whose 6-year-old son Noah was among the 26 victims at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, on Dec. 14, 2012.

San Francisco No Longer Feels Like It’s in America

by Lee Edwards, DC Clothesline:

It’s one thing to read about the decline of San Francisco. It’s another to see it for yourself.

I could hardly recognize this once-captivating city of breathtaking views, delectable food, and cool jazz. Today it’s occupied by an army of homeless men and women who have turned Baghdad-by-the-bay into Bombay-by-the-bay with some of the dirtiest slums in America.

Yes, the deep state is real… and it’s watching you: FBI caught running 3.1 million covert searches of U.S. citizens in latest abuse of power

by JD Heyes, Natural News:

We were hoping that President Donald Trump’s promise to “drain the swamp” would involve the firing (or indictment and conviction) of rogue members of the deep state who couldn’t care less about the Constitution and run their agencies like their own unaccountable fiefdoms.

So far, the president has managed to cut back on a lot of regulations and reign in otherwise benign agencies from implementing willy-nilly all sorts of onerous new regulations that cost businesses and consumers lots of money but don’t really accomplish much other than to make government bigger.

The Syria Template

0

by Harley Schlanger, LaRouche PAC:

The beleaguered nation of Syria—nearly wiped off the map by a decade of British geopolitical warfare executed by London and the Obama Administration; the cockpit of intended thermonuclear conflict between the United States and Russia; and ravaged by terrorism and bled white by millions of desperate refugees who fled for their lives—has in the last week become the centerpiece of an entirely new systemic world order based on sovereignty and development.
