The woke are dumber.
A new study has found that people with higher cognitive ability are less likely to be concerned about political correctness and more likely to support free speech.
“Britain’s elite cultural institutions – the BBC, universities, the national trust – are dominated by the woke. Since smart people tend to get ahead in life, you might assume the woke would have higher intelligence. Not so, according to a new study,” writes Noah Carl.

In the 1960s Europe was European. Germany was German. France was French. Italy was Italian. The Netherlands were Dutch. Sweden was Swedish. Spain was Spanish. The distinct ethnic nationalities gave Europe a lot of diversity. Today all of these countries are towers of babel like the US and Canada. Even as recent as the beginning of the 21st century, immigrant-invaders accounted for only 1.6% of the Spanish population. Twenty years later immigrant-invaders are 15% of the population. Immigrant-invaders make up 26% of the German population ( https://www.dw.com/en/german-population-of-migrant-background-rises-to-21-million/a-54356773).

How long has silver been used as money?
Silver has been used as a form of money for thousands of years, dating back to ancient civilizations such as the Greeks, Romans, and Egyptians. In fact, the word “silver” is derived from the Anglo-Saxon word “seolfor,” which means “money.”
The first known silver coins were minted around 600 BC in Lydia, an ancient kingdom in western Asia Minor (modern-day Turkey). These coins were made of a natural alloy of Gold and Silver called electrum.

Still not many layoffs, but concentrated in the San Francisco Bay Area. Workers found new jobs quickly, and employment in California still rose.
Amid all these breathless layoff announcements by tech and social media companies, I’m going to keep an eye on actual layoffs in California as disclosed in the WARN (Worker Adjustment and Retraining Notification) reports. The big tech and social media companies are global companies, and the layoff announcements are global, and they’re just announcements, and only part of them take place in the US, and those are scattered all around the US.

Speaker Kevin McCarthy may be granting Tucker Carlson access to the 14,000 hours of January 6 surveillance footage, but Americans won’t need to wait until the Fox News primetime cable host’s reports are aired to get a taste of what those videos are likely to show.
Newly released bodycam footage obtained due to the court trial of Jan. 6 defendant William Pope of Topeka, Kansas shows uniformed officers discussing how to spot “non-uniform” agents. In addition, the released videos show that undercover officers climbed barricades and urged protesters to go toward the Capitol Building. MPD bicycle officers stopped four armed men in plainclothes that turned out to be law enforcement agents. Another video shows a man walking behind Ashli Babbitt, the woman fatally slain by Capitol Police officer Michael Byrd, and predicted that “someone will get shot.” There is also a new wrinkle in the activities of Ray Epps and Ryan Samsel on the day of the Capitol Riots.

Other payment processors are expected to follow.
Credit card provider Discover to will start tracking purchases at gun retailers in April, which will make it the first company to do so. Last September, the International Organization for Standardization, which determines payment cards’ merchant categories, approved a dedicated code for gun retailers in an attempt to help law enforcement solve gun-related crimes.

Oxford was one of the first to announce a scheme where car owners will be fined for driving outside of their local area. On Saturday, people gathered in Oxford to protest the 15-minute prisons the World Economic Forum and its collaborators are attempting to implement.
Proving that even children have more common sense and forethought than Net Zero Zealots, 12-year-old Jasmine sent Klaus Schwab a strong message: “How dare you steal my childhood and my future, and the future of all children, by enslaving us in your crazy digital surveillance prison.”

While I’ve been a big fan of Jeremy Clarkson over the years, I’ve never been proud of him before. Hero worship and celebrity go hand in hand and it’s a dangerous game to ascribe motives beyond self-interest to any celebrity.
But in Clarkson’s case he may have just done something worthy of that.
Clarkson is now on the other side of another cancellation campaign against him for a dig at Queen Narcissist herself, Meghan Markle, in one of his recent columns. And, normally, I would just pass the whole thing off as another of Clarkson’s attempts at controversy because if anyone lives by the adage that controversy is good for ratings it’s Jeremy Clarkson.
