A Minnesota state court has ruled that biological men who claim they are “women” can compete against real women in the women’s division of USA Powerlifting.
The ruling came in response to a lawsuit filed and won by weightlifter JayCee Cooper, a transgender who claims the organization violated the Minnesota state Human Rights Act by barring “her” from competing against real females.

By now most have already heard about the Silicon Valley Bank’s collapse, the second largest bank failure in U.S. history.
On Friday, March 10, 2023 we started seeing reports of people lining up to get their money out of SVB, and within hours we’re seeing reports that the bank had been seized by the Feds. That quickly businesses that used the start up bank, at least the ones that didn’t get their money out in the days before the reports, lost billions.

Yet, Western powers continue to threaten China and allege they are conspiring to send aid to Russia. The heightened attacks on China make one question if Western powers are deliberately instigating a fight. CIA Director William Burns said he is “confident” China is CONSPIRING to send military aid to Russia, although there is no evidence of “actual shipments of lethal equipment.”

Three US banks collapsed last week (Silvergate, Silicon Valley Bank and Signature). Contagion took hold and quickly began to spread to other banks.
The entire US banking system would have collapsed starting today if not for the FDIC jumping in and offering to rescue even non-insured depositors at SVB. Normally the FDIC covers only $250K in deposits per person or institution. To try to avert a total systemic collapse, they announced in an emergency session yesterday that they would cover all deposits for these banks.

Signature Bank in New York once had a close business relationship with the Trump family with Ivanka serving on the bank’s board of directors from 2011-2013, but the bank severed ties with President Trump and closed his accounts in protest of the January 6, 2021 riot at the Capitol and called for his resignation. Two years later Signature Bank collapsed and was taken over by regulators.
