I am calling on Congress to impeach the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS), Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas, for high crimes and misdemeanors articulated in the U.S. Constitution. I call for the immediate impeachment of Mr. Mayorkas on the following grounds;
1 – Gross incompetence,
2 – Repeated violations of his oath of office,
3 – Unforgivable betrayal of public trust,
4 – Repeatedly lying to Congress and the American People,
5 – Abuses of official power have led to;

> Gutting Immigration & Customs Enforcement (ICE)
> Refusal to deport illegal migrants who have court-ordered deportation decisions,
> Massive expenditures in public funds to care for illegal migrants
“All of these misdeeds fit well within the definition of “high crimes and misdemeanors” that the Constitution says merit impeachment.”
President Ronald Reagan is reported to have once said, “A nation that cannot control its borders is not a nation.” Unfortunately, the problems at our borders are that we no longer have national borders!
Under President Donald Trump, America had well-defined territorial borders with Mexico and Canada. But this is no longer the case. Unfortunately, on January 21, 2021, President Joseph Biden canceled all the Trump border policies in favor of new open border policies. According to the Biden administration’s perspective on immigration, the United States is among many nations where cross-national migration should be unrestricted, equating to “no borders” at all. In utter convolution, while the administration practices open borders, Secretary Mayorkas continues falsely stating that the “border is closed, the border is not open.”
When President Biden nominated Alejandro Nicholas Mayorkas as his Secretary of Homeland Security, he knew from day one that Mr. Mayorkas was a loyal Democratic Party apparatchik. He knew Mayorkas would distort, twist, and pervert every administrative regulation under the nation’s Immigration and Naturalization Act and lie to Congress about it.
The Biden administration’s border policies aim to radically alter the nation’s demographics and promote chaos and division among citizens. If this means Americans suffer increased crime, illicit drug abuse, overcrowded schools, and hospitals, so be it. Instead, the Biden administration accepts the harm to Americans from these border policies as the price citizens must pay to populate the nation with aliens of color as part of the Democratic Party’s push toward diversity, inclusion, social chaos, and heightened resentment.

If Mayorkas followed constitutional law at the border, it would take Border Patrol too long to properly validate each migrant’s reason for presenting themselves at our borders. This would underachieve Biden’s goal of transmogrifying our national population. To accelerate the process of releasing illegals into the country, Secretary Mayorkas has unilaterally changed the definitions of “asylum” and “refugee.“
With these tools and other methods of subterfuge, Mayorkas has systematically and unconstitutionally perverted our immigration system, unleashing the greatest border crisis in U.S. history!
Again, in the established tradition of the Biden administration, the level of repeatedly and patently dishonest and profoundly false testimony by Secretary Mayorkas to Congress about the unlawful and shameless policies and activities on our borders is without parallel.
Undoubtedly, President Biden is a pathetic instrument of the controlling Socialist-Marxist elements in the Whitehouse. His role as a leader among free nations is farcical. His part at home is to issue radically extreme Executive Orders meant to seize political, legal, cultural, and economic power from American citizens toward making America a totalitarian one-political party nation.
The Biden policies, as executed by Secretary Mayorkas, have exposed our nation to a multitude of organized criminal activities by Mexican Cartels.
Furthermore, given alien migrants are under-educated, under-skilled, speak little to no English, and are penniless, the American taxpayer is saddled with more than $158 billion each year in social services support. No community, county, or state has escaped this growing financial burden.
Like everything else with the Biden administration, pushback by concerned citizens is met with Democratic Party accusations of racism. For instance, “If you suggest that illegal aliens play a role in the nation’s rampant fentanyl problem, you’re a racist, according to the Left.”
Congress created the Department of Homeland Security in response to the 9/11 terrorist attack. But the porous border is reimposing threats of terrorism. For instance, The number of migrants on the terrorist watch list attempting to cross the southern border illegally is exploding compared to prior years under President Trump.
And our 3,140-mile northern land border with Canada is now open to the same problems our border patrol officers encounter along the southern border. This includes human trafficking, drug and firearms smuggling, and “gotaways.”
As if potential terrorists breaching our southern border isn’t threatening enough, over the last six months, Border Patrol has stopped 176 illegal alien migrants on the “terrorist screening data set” from entering the country across our Canadian border.
Rep. Dan Bishop, chairman of the Homeland Security subcommittee on oversight, investigations, and accountability, said in his opening statement, “The U.S.-Canada border is now a hot spot for illegal alien crossings, organized criminal activity, and illicit drug smuggling.”
