A trove of internal Twitter communications released by Elon Musk on Dec. 2 reveals what top-ranking members of the U.S. intelligence community and major social media platforms knew and covered up before the 2020 election, namely that evidence of scandalous Biden family foreign influence peddling exposed on Hunter’s infamous “laptop from Hell” was likely true.
The thread of documents reveals collusion between Twitter’s top brass, the Biden campaign, and the Democrat National Committee, which censored and suppressed information initially published by the New York Post.

One communication dated Oct. 24, 2020, linked a set of tweets from accounts flagged for cancelation by a group referred to as “the Biden team” was followed three hours later by another employee who replied, “handled these.”
Another shows a screenshot dialogue between workers at the company concerning a targeted tweet by prominent conservative actor James Woods, as “an additional report from DNC.”
Nearly all of the broadcast and print media at the time ignored the New York Post story or “fact-checked” it as false. Facebook used algorithms to quash the story, and Twitter blocked the prominent newspaper’s account for nearly two weeks.
Why does this urgently matter?
According to a Media Research Center sponsored survey of 1,750 Biden voters taken by The Polling Company in seven swing states (Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin), of which six (all but North Carolina) were called for Joe, awareness of what the Post reported would have flipped all the others to a Trump blowout.
We got a whiff of this stench during an August 25 “Joe Rogan Experience” interview with Facebook’s Mark Zuckerberg regarding how his company handled censorship of the New York Post bombshell report.
Zuckerberg admitted that the FBI had approached Facebook in advance of the decision, warning to be on the “high alert” for such controversial content, especially since Russian propaganda played a role on the platform around the 2016 election.
Whereas Zuckerberg said the FBI didn’t warn them about that article specifically, it nevertheless “fit the pattern.”
This same “Russian disinformation” influence pattern claim was echoed by more than 50 former DOJ officials, some of whom will likely be called to testify before House committee inquiries.
According to Sen. Ron Johnson, R-Wis., who will chair the House Judiciary Committee looking into the matter, a whistleblower has reported in a letter to Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz that FBI officials explicitly instructed agents not to investigate laptop contents which had been in their possession since late 2019 until after the 2020 election.
Most recently, new Twitter owner Elon Musk has pledged to reveal all secret documents about that company’s previous decision to also ban the banner New York Post laptop story from its platform, stating, “This is necessary to restore public trust.”
Prior to his $44 billion takeover, Musk called the platform’s decision “obviously incredibly inappropriate.”
Elon Musk also charges that tech giant Apple which has mostly ended Twitter advertising, has joined the partisan censorship parade in threatening to withhold Twitter from its iOS app store to intentionally undermine its new free speech commitment without actually saying why.
