From COVID Treatment to Transgender Surgery, ‘Doing Harm For Dollars’

Traditionally taken by doctors, the Hippocratic Oath contains the well-known phrase “First, do no harm.” Why did Hippocrates institute this oath in ancient Greece? Because malevolent people would bribe or threaten doctors to do harm to their enemies under the guise of treatment.

    Poisoning Patients?

The original oath contained these two sentences:

    TRUTH LIVES on at https://sgtreport.tv/

Nor shall any man’s entreaty prevail upon me to administer poison to anyone; neither will I counsel any man to do so. Moreover, I will give no sort of medicine to any pregnant woman with a view to destroying the child.

Evidently, poisoning patients and causing abortions was a common practice among ancient doctors, so that many people feared doctors.

Hippocrates was wise enough to realize that the practice of medicine would not grow and spread if people did not trust doctors. Hence the oath, now commonly summed up as “first, do no harm.” People would begin to trust doctors if they knew they had taken this oath, which dates back to 400 B.C., according to Brittanica.

    Do Harm for Dollars

Big government, big pharma, big hospital chains, and big health insurance are marching us back 2400 years, to 400 B.C., to a time when doctors did do harm. Why? Follow the money. Big government, acting through big health insurance providers, is paying big bucks to big hospital chains to follow treatment protocols provided by big pharma. Even when the treatment doesn’t work, or worse, the treatment hastens the death of the patient.

For example: using the drug remdesivir to treat Covid patients in hospitals.

Fighting Hospital Doctors for Her Life

The first case in point: on September 15, 2022, Matt McGregor reported in The Epoch Times this headline: Woman Escapes COVID-19 Hospital Treatment Protocols, Says Others Not So Lucky. Patient Gail Seiler was told she would die. The hospital doctor assigned to her insisted that she take remdesivir, “a drug known to cause kidney failure.” She had asked for “a monoclonal antibody infusion with the request that she be given the early-treatment protocols prescribed through the Front Line Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC), which included using ivermectin and budesonide.” The hospital refused to give her this treatment, insisting instead on the remdesivir.

Why? McGregor reports, “In the end, the hospital can get up to $500,000 in reimbursement per patient for the protocol.”

So, a drug known to be harmful, is pushed on patients because the hospital can rake in a half-million dollars. Ka-ching! Doing harm for dollars.

“Your child is a dollar sign.”

Second case: conservative activist Candace Owen recounted a similar story after the birth of her second child. Mike Landry reported her story on September 14, 2022, in The Western Journal. The hospital wanted to administer several treatments to her baby, including an injection of antibiotics, but she refused.

What!! A patient refusing treatment!? How dare she act like an independent citizen instead of a compliant sheep who’ll do what she is told.

Landry reports: “As a result,” she said, “they were threatened with having their insurance declined for the hospital stay, being charged with committing a misdemeanor, and being reported to Child Protective Services.”

    Triple Threat

So, it’s child abuse, and we will take your baby from you if you do not allow your baby to be injected with antibiotics. And we will report you as committing a misdemeanor crime if you don’t allow us to put drugs into your baby. Candace and her husband faced a triple threat: 1. You pay the bill instead of your insurance paying, 2. you are charged as a criminal, and 3. Child Protective Services will take away your baby.
