The FBI has facilitated the Russia collusion hoax, been behind social media censorship, and covered up the Hunter Biden laptop story. I am unsure how anyone can consider these actions to be legal.
The FBI also violated the 1st Amendment. You cannot use government authority to censor people. Can anyone actually make the argument that our founding fathers would have found this acceptable with a straight face? I find this whole thing to be absurd, and Section 230 was never meant to facilitate government censorship through private partnerships. If it was, it was unconstitutional.
