A major Indian vaccine manufacturer was forced to toss out 100 million expired booster doses of its COVID-19 shots due to unexpectedly low jab uptake.
Serum Institute of India (SII), the world’s largest vaccine producer, has been making India’s version of AstraZeneca’s mRNA COVID shot. While roughly 298 million doses of the booster shots have been administered in India since the initial rollout, another 100 million doses in stock expired in September and had to be destroyed, the BBC reported Friday.

A Conservative peer has complained to the Care Quality Commission (CQC) after a private hospital was accused of refusing to treat a patient who asked for an all-female nursing team. The Telegraph has more.
The Princess Grace Hospital in Marylebone, in the West End of London, allegedly told a patient she could not have complex colorectal surgery after she asked for single-sex accommodation and said she did not wish to use pronouns.
The patient, a retired lawyer, told MailOnline that during a clinical pre-op assessment, which involved intimate procedures, she believed she had encountered a transgender woman in a blonde wig and make-up who had made eye contact with her.

“A commonwealth; a state in which the exercise of the sovereign power is lodged in representatives elected by the people.”
While there has always been corruption and fraud in elections, what has been happening over the last six years has taken it to a new level. When politicians and the media collude to influence the elections, you are still making the choice. When the elections themselves are corrupted, then We the People, are no longer choosing their representatives. But when politicians and media are influencing the elections, while collaborating with those who are corrupting the elections, then the American republic no longer exists.
