by Stefan Stanford, All News Pipeline:
In this June 13th story over at ABC Action News 6 in Philadelphia that got very little mainstream media attention, they reported that fire crews had responded to a chemical testing facilitiy in Essington Pennsylvania, just outside of Philadelphia, after a tank had exploded at the Intertek USA Chemical Testing Facility, a company that tests and analyzes chemicals from virtually any industry sector including: specialty chemicals, nanomaterials, petrochemicals, dyes & detergents, automotive, agrichemical to pharmaceutical and consumer products.
While that story flew virtually under the table, there was no way that the mainstream media could cover up the next ‘explosive event‘ in the Philadelphia area after a huge fire broke out at the biggest oil refinery on the East coast, triggering explosions that could be felt many miles away after the Philadelphia Energy Solutions refining complex sent fireballs into the air, rattling houses for miles around. As Steve Quayle had mentioned in an SQnote while linking to that story, “notice the timing!”
As this Daily Mail story reporting upon this event reported, the initial explosion came from a vat of butane in the 30,000 barrels per day alkylation unit that uses hydrofluoric acid, one of deadliest chemicals in refining. While one worker there had said “it looked like nuclear bomb went off” and “I thought we were going to die“, those explosions were NOT the only explosions at a facility tied to the US gas and oil industries this past week!
As this June 20th story over at KLTV in Texas had reported, “witnesses say the ground shook underneath them, and the night sky was lit up by a fireball when a gas pipeline ruptured near an East Texas airport.” While officials with the fire department said that the pipeline was a DCP Midstream transmission line, and thankfully no lives were lost and no major damage was done by the still mysterious explosion, the pattern is there for us to see and leaves us to ask, with a potential world changing war against Iran now on the line, are we witnessing ‘grey terror‘ in the days before such ‘a catastrophic event‘?
Back in April of 2018 following a series of mysterious explosions at an oil refinery in Superior, Wisconsin and another oil refinery explosion in Texas City, Texas, we published this story on ANP asking if the series of ‘catastrophic events‘ we were witnessing were actually ‘grey terror events‘ in the buildup to war. Looking back at that period of time, we see that the globalists were pushing America towards war with Russia, a war that to some seemed like it might be ‘unavoidable‘ and while thankfully we dodged that bullet, war is in the air again. So what is ‘grey terror‘ some might ask?
According to Russian defector Viktor Suvorov in his classic book “Spetsnaz’s First World War” which we have embedded in full at the bottom of this story, the untrained eyes may miss ‘grey terror‘ unfolding right in front of us, calling such events ‘accidents‘.
As Suverov boldly warns in Chapter 15 of his book, while the untrained eye may mistake such events for accidents, ‘war’ quite often begins long before it is officially declared with what is known as ‘grey terror’, seemingly unrelated events which happen over an extended period of time prior to the ‘official’ outbreak of hostilities. Diverting attention and causing fear and uncertainty within a population, the events “cause an almost palpable air of crisis within society”. Sound familiar?
As Suverov points out, events such as oil plant refineries exploding, train crashes, massive forest fires, seemingly unrelated outbreaks of deadly new diseases, breakdowns in communications systems and ‘attacks’ upon electrical grids, and ‘psychological warfare’ are all part of ‘grey terror’, used to weaken the moral of an ‘enemy’ before launching formal hostilities. From J.R. Nyquist at Financial Sense.:
Suvorov claimed that “grey terror” would also have a psychological warfare component. The Russian special services, he wrote, would launch a scandal parade. Dirt would be invented, created or dug up on America’s leaders, on America’s defense establishment and on America’s friendsabroad.
And while it is Iran now who we potentially face as an adversary, as this Wikipedia entry for Iran’s special forces points out, during the reign of the last Shah of Iran, much of the naval training was created by members of the Soviet Union’s Spetsnaz. Think that other enemies of America don’t understand the use of ‘grey terror‘ to ‘soften up‘ a population for war?
And as we had also reported within that April of 2018 story, with ‘grey terror‘ events quite similar to ‘false flag events‘ with the purpose of both being the redirecting of attention away from those who actually carried the ‘events‘ out, as we read in an April of 2018 story by Philip Geraldi over at Strategic Culture titled “How False Flag Operations Are Carried Out Today“ and hear in the final video at the bottom of this story, whether during World Wars 1 or 2 or today, false flag operations have long been a part of the psychological warfare carried out against an unsuspecting public.
With Suverov’s book also warning that in the ‘grey terror’ phase building up to war, none of these events are an accident and this ‘preparatory period’ or ‘overture’ is eventually followed by ‘pink terror’ or ‘red terror’, this series of large and small operations to create suspicion, fear, uncertainty and to divert attention are most successful if the true reason behind such events remain hidden – with such events most often called ‘accidents’ and written off by the mainstream media.
With cyberwarfare now a very real part of warfare and every day life and cyberwarriors known to be able to hack into all kinds of different transportation systems, have the series of US Navy ships crashing along with military planes falling from the sky along with oil plant refinery explosions as well as forest fires and warnings of deadly, incurable new diseases all been part of a systematic campaign of ‘grey terror’ against America, possibly even carried out by ‘enemies of America within’, leading us towards war? Before you go and discount such possibilities, let’s read this excerpt from Chapter 15 of Suverov’s book:
All these operations — because of course none of these events is an accident — and others like them are known officially in the GRU as the ‘preparatory period’, and unofficially as the ‘overture’. The overture is a series of large and small operations the purpose of which is, before actual military operations begin, to weaken the enemy’s morale, create an atmosphere of general suspicion, fear and uncertainty, and divert the attention of the enemy’s armies and police forces to a huge number of different targets, each of which may be the object of the next attack.
The overture is carried by agents of the secret services of the Soviet satellite countries and by mercenaries recruited by intermediaries. The principal method employed at this stage is ‘grey terror’, that is, a kind of terror which is not conducted in the name of the Soviet Union. The Soviet secret services do not at this stage leave their visiting cards, or leave other people’s cards. The terror is carried out in the name of already existing extremist groups not connected in any way with the Soviet Union, or in the name of fictitious organisations.
The GRU reckons that in this period its operations should be regarded as natural disasters, actions by forces beyond human control, mistakes committed by people, or as terrorist acts by organisations not connected with the Soviet Union.
The terrorist acts carried out in the course of the ‘overture’ require very few people, very few weapons and little equipment. In some cases all that may be needed is one man who has as a weapon nothing more than a screwdriver, a box of matches or a glass ampoule. Some of the operations can have catastrophic consequences. For example, an epidemic of an infectious disease at seven of the most important naval bases in the West could have the effect of halving the combined naval might of the Soviet Union’s enemies.
