by Ian Hanchett, Breitbart<\/a>:<\/em><\/p>\n <\/p>\n On Thursday\u2019s broadcast of \u201cCNN This Morning,\u201d White House National Security Council Coordinator for Strategic Communications John Kirby stated that President Joe Biden hasn\u2019t decided whether he\u2019ll declare a national emergency on climate and that \u201call the severe storms\u201d that \u201cwe continue to see are definitely caused as a result of what\u2019s going on in the rising temperature across the globe.\u201d<\/p>\n Kirby said, \u201cThe President hasn\u2019t made a decision yet on declaring a national emergency on climate, Poppy. But, for all intents and purposes, he\u2019s treating this with all the due gravity and the seriousness that the climate crisis deserves. It\u2019s been a focus for him since day one.\u201d<\/p>\n
