The U.S. federal government is tracking people who decided not to get the COVID-19 vaccine injection, according to bombshell federal government records and video exclusively obtained by\u00a0NATIONAL FILE<\/em>. According to the shocking video, unvaccinated people are quietly tracked when they go to the doctor\u2019s office or to the hospital due to a quiet new program proposed and implemented by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Government meeting materials make clear that the new program is designed to \u201ctrack people who are not immunized or only partially immunized.\u201d

A bombshell piece of information was revealed at the September 14-15, 2021 virtual Zoom meeting of the federal government\u2019s ICD-10 Coordination and Maintenance Committee (which includes representatives from<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, known as CMS, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention\u2019s (CDC) National Center for Health Statistics). At the meeting, the Committee discussed new categories of \u201cICD-10\u201d codes that the CDC\u2019s National Center for Health Statistics (NCHS) wanted to create to mark people as \u201cUnvaccinated for COVID-19,\u201d \u201cPartially Vaccinated for COVID-19\u201d and \u201cOther underimmunization status.\u201d<\/p>\n

The ICD-10 coding system was created by the World Health Organization (WHO) and doctors are required to use it to categorize different kinds of patients. The ICD-10 codes\u00a0are preserved in a patient\u2019s electronic health record and used by<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>insurance companies for billing purposes. The CDC\u2019s National Center for Health Statistics maintains the ICD-10 codes. Within ICD-10 codes, there is a category known as \u201cICD-10-CM\u201d codes (which are reportedly used by the CDC for tracking<\/strong>\u00a0purposes<\/strong><\/a>), and this \u201cCM\u201d category includes the new\u00a0\u201cUnvaccinated for COVID-19\u201d<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0category and\u00a0also the \u201cPartially Vaccinated For COVID-19\u201d<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0category and the \u201cother underimmunization status\u201d<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0category.<\/p>\n

The Committee made it clear that the new codes would be used to \u201ctrack\u201d unvaccinated people. At the time of the meeting, people who had adverse reactions to a past vaccine would still be categorized as unvaccinated or partially vaccinated, even if they are physically unable to get more vaccines or boosters.<\/p>\n

The CDC\u00a0implemented the new codes to track unvaccinated people in April 2022, according to a document published on a CMS federal government website<\/strong>.\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n

ICD-10 Coordination and Maintenance Commitee staffer David Berglund, M.D. read from page 194 of a CDC Topic Packet that was prepared for the meeting (READ THE CDC TOPIC PACKET HERE<\/a><\/strong>).<\/p>\n

The Topic Packet states (emphasis added): \u201cDuring the current time of the COVID-19 pandemic, immunizations have provided protection for many people, but\u00a0there is interest in being able to track people who are not immunized or only partially immunized.<\/strong>\u00a0At the current time, this is a significant modifiable risk factor for morbidity and mortality, and of interest for clinical reasons, as well as of value for public health. NCHS is proposing creation of codes for unvaccinated for COVID-19, and for partially vaccinated for COVID-19.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cNCHS\u201d stands for the National Center for Health Statistics, which is a U.S. federal government division of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC).<\/p>\n
