My readers know I\u2019m a conservative Christian who has NEVER voted for a Democrat. EVER!!! They also know that I no longer call myself \u201cRepublican\u201d because I simply refuse to carry that label. I can not, in good conscience, support any kind of evil that puts politics before people.<\/p>\n<p>So I TRY to keep an open mind and assume that both sides push agendas and the truth lies somewhere in between. I make myself search for TRUTH and the TRUTH is often much more frightening than science fiction.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Give me just a minute here to Thank my lifelong friend Jim. Jim is a republican voter who believes in climate change and I kind of make fun of him for that.<\/strong>\u00a0But Jim is also one of the smartest men I have ever known, and He is probably the only reason I still look at this stuff.\u00a0<strong>Thank God that some people still come to their own conclusions and do their own research.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before I get into anything, if you don\u2019t believe that our government is capable of controlling the weather, and often does, then you must read about\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Popeye#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Operation Popeye<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p><em><b>Operation Sober Popeye (Project Controlled Weather Popeye \/ Motorpool \/ Intermediary-Compatriot)<\/b>\u00a0was a military\u00a0<a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Cloud-seeding\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Cloud-seeding\">cloud-seeding<\/a>\u00a0project carried out by the\u00a0<a title=\"United States Air Force\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/United_States_Air_Force\">U.S. Air Force<\/a>\u00a0during the\u00a0<a title=\"Vietnam War\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Vietnam_War\">Vietnam War<\/a>\u00a0in 1967\u20131972. The highly classified program attempted to extend the\u00a0<a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Monsoon season\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Monsoon_season\">monsoon season<\/a>\u00a0over specific areas of the\u00a0<a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Ho Chi Minh Trail\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Ho_Chi_Minh_Trail\">Ho Chi Minh Trail<\/a>, in order to disrupt North Vietnamese military supplies by softening road surfaces and causing landslides.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The former\u00a0<a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"U.S. Secretary of Defense\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/U.S._Secretary_of_Defense\">U.S. Secretary of Defense<\/a>,\u00a0<a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Robert S. McNamara\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Robert_S._McNamara\">Robert S. McNamara<\/a>, was aware that there might be objections raised by the international scientific community but said in a memo to the president that such objections had not in the past been a basis for prevention of military activities considered to be in the interests of U.S. national security.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>The chemical weather modification program was conducted from Thailand over Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam and allegedly sponsored by\u00a0<a class=\"mw-redirect\" title=\"Secretary of State\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Secretary_of_State\">Secretary of State<\/a>\u00a0<a title=\"Henry Kissinger\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Henry_Kissinger\">Henry Kissinger<\/a>\u00a0and the CIA without the authorization of then Secretary of Defense\u00a0<a title=\"Melvin Laird\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Melvin_Laird\">Melvin Laird<\/a>, who had categorically denied to Congress that a program for modification of the weather for use as a tactical weapon even existed.<sup id=\"cite_ref-Kissenger_1-0\" class=\"reference\"><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Popeye#cite_note-Kissenger-1\">[1]<\/a><\/sup><\/em><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Operation_Popeye#\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><strong>READ IT ALL HERE\u2026 LINK WILL OPEN IN NEW WINDOW<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n<div class=\"code-block code-block-4\">\n<div id=\"ld-527-398\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>#####<\/p>\n<p>I\u2019m 53 years old and that was happening when I was a baby, or slightly before I was even born. Imagine what they are capable of doing now folks. Isn\u2019t that a bit frightening? I think so and that\u2019s the reason for this article.<\/p>\n<p>Also, though it\u2019s harder to document with proof,\u00a0<strong>weather control did not start with The Vietnam War.<\/strong>\u00a0It has been going on for nearly 100 years according to some.<\/p>\n<p>Now let\u2019s get back to the experts.
