This isn’t a satire on ultra-liberal California.
FOX News 40 reports: “After a violent weekend of suspected gang-related shootings, Tuesday the Sacramento City Council took action to reduce the bloodshed.”
“It approved a controversial program called Advance Peace, which offers cash stipends to gang members who remain peaceful.”
“The program targets key gang agitators, offering them cash stipends to graduate [from] school and remain peaceful…But the city would still have to pay half the cost of the program, $1.5 million out of the city’s general fund.”
In other words, Sacramento, the capital city of the state of California, has surrendered.
Investigations, arrests, prosecutions, and prison sentences won’t cut it.
Here is the scenario that comes to mind. A suburban teenager on the outskirts of the city shows up in his parents’ living room one day with the tattoo of a grinning skull on his neck.
“Don’t be upset,” he says. “I’m joining a gang. I’ll still get good grades in school, but when I graduate, the city will give me a cash prize. I can use the money to start my own tech firm in our garage…”
But this is piddling stuff. Let’s go all the way to Governor Jerry Brown’s office. Let’s have a state-wide “advance peace” program. The state, which is already $500 billion in debt, when you add in unfunded future liabilities, could throw a billion dollars into a pool.
Over a period of, say, five years, the money would be doled out to gangs, based on their performance. Subtract $250,000 for every gang killing in the state, $125,000 for every wounding, $10,000 for every property crime, $1000 for every drug bust. Whatever is left over for the gangs is their gravy.
Eventually, through negotiation, replace the California legislature and governor with gang members. Let them run things.
I’m just trying to be helpful. I see the direction policy is taking, and I want to give it a boost and quicken the pace.
After all, when gang members end up taking over the state government, all gang crime would cease.
It would be reclassified as government corruption.
Pop the champagne corks. Problem solved.

“I admit that I have always harbored an exaggerated view of self-importance — to put it bluntly, I fancied myself as some kind of god.” This opinion was confirmed in 1993, when George Soros told the British newspaper The Independent, “It is a sort of disease when you consider yourself some kind of god, the creator of everything, but I feel comfortable about it now since I began to live it out.”
As the mainstream media becomes more militant as their influence over the American polulance wanes, they have spent over a year attempting to encourage Antifa groups violence by justifying and excusing their behavior with claims that Antifa groups are standing up against “White Supremacists,” while they label anyone that disagrees with their communist ideology and violent methods, as a “neo-nazi.”
The truth, in contrast, is that Antifa uses the same methods and tactics that Hitler’s “Brown Shirts” did.
ANTIFA USES ADOLPH HITLER & NAZI PARTY QUOTES & METHODS
Keeping in mind that Antifa uses violent methods to suppress free speech by conservatives for political purposes, which are fascist methods, and the same methods used by Hitler’s ‘Brown Shirts,’ while claiming to be anti-fascists, what is even more disturbing, heard in the video below is that an Antifa member, speaking to crowd which includes RefuseFascism.org members (seen on the back of a shirt at the 7:36 minute mark), the speaker who claims to be a U.S. military veteran, directly quotes a number of statements to incite the crowd, to justify their “anti-capitalism” ideology.
The first quote the speaker reads off of his device, word for word, is “We are socialists. We are enemies, deadly enemies, of today’s capitalist economic system with its exploitation of the economically weak, its unfair wage system, its immoral way of judging the worth of human beings in terms of their wealth and their money, instead of their responsibility and their performance, and we are determined to destroy this system whatever happens!”
The quote itself is not surprising coming from a group that espouses communist, socialist, and anti-capitalism ideology, but what the speaker never bothered mentioning to the crowd, is that the quote is attributed Gregor Strasser, a prominent member of the Nazi partyuntil he became a rival to Adolph Hitler and was murdered in 1934. (Some also attribute this quote to Hitler himself)
The next quotes the Antifa speaker uses are directly from Adolf Hitler, which includes “Benefit to the community precedes benefit to the individual. But the state should retain supervision and each property owner should consider himself appointed by the state. It is his duty not to use his property against the interests of others among his own people. This is the crucial matter.”
What the speaker left out of that quote, was the ending “The Third Reich will always retain the right to control the owners of property.” He begins the next quote, by neglecting to use the words “Third Reich” and instead replaces it with the “The “American Nation” will always retain its right to control to control the owners of property,” in an attempt to conflate Hitler’s terminology with American capitalism.
He then goes on to use six more Adolf Hitler quotes.

Disobedient Media previously reported that the DNC Fraud lawsuit had been dismissed by Judge Zloch. Today, Elizabeth Beck, one of the attorneys for he plaintiffs in the case against the DNC, posted a video update on the suit’s status via social media. The update provided hope for supporters and plaintiffs in the case for the potential that the litigation might continue through the appeals process.
Beck explained that as judge Zloch had dismissed the case on jurisdictional issues, a new case brought in a separate court could potentially use his ruling as “persuasive evidence.” She cited rule four of the civil rules of federal procedure, which she explained states that in a civil case, the notification of appeal required by rule three must be filed with a district clerk within 30 days after entry of the judgement that the order appeared from. She explained that the thirty days will b concluded on September 24th 2017, approximately 3 weeks from now.
Elizabeth Beck went on to say that if no notice of appeal is filed by that time, then there would be no appeal. She recognized that many members of the public have expressed their desire for the case to continue, adding that it is the most viable route going forward, as opposed to new cases being filed. Beck noted that at present there are three law firms involved in this suit, including Beck and Lee. She stated that Cullin O’brien, a Harvard Law grad, and Tony Hernandez are both solo law practitioners with their own firms.
She explained that because of the usual terms of plaintiff’s contingency lawyers, the Becks have not been paid throughout the case; Beck emphasized on this point that her statement in that regard was not a complaint, but simply the normal routine procedure in this type of suit. Elizabeth Beck further explained that since the case had been dismissed, no copycat cases had been filed anywhere in the country. She said that the lawyers involved in the suit are in no way obligated to take the case further, and that they have never solicited donations to fund this case; it is not the way plaintiff’s contingency cases work.
However, Beck then stated that Jared Beck is in the process of writing a book, which will be in response to Hillary Rodham Clinton’s upcoming publication titled ‘What Happened,’ in response to her loss to Donald Trump in the 2016 Presidential race. Due to the likely lack of content on the DNC lawsuit, the Becks considered it necessary to write a response to this text, and are in the process of finding a publisher for the book.
Beck stated that the proceeds of the book would serve as a legitimate way to fund the DNC lawsuit through appeals, if need be, to the Supreme court of the United States. She emphasized repeatedly that this is not considered to be soliciting donations.
Beck went on to state that members of the class are welcomed to submit their stories, which would be welcomed as inclusions in the text.
Disobedient Media will continue to provide coverage of this important ongoing story as it unfolds. The update can be viewed below:

FOR OVER A YEAR conservative Americans and Trump supporters have been assaulted, spit on, beaten, cold-cocked, egged, chased, tackled and bloodied for attending Trump rallies and conservative events.
THE VIOLENCE AGAINST CONSERVATIVES HAS ESCALATED–
Just last month members of a Patriot Prayer group canceled their rally but a few supporters turned out anyway.
That’s when hundreds of alt-left Antifa protesters rioted.
An army of violent left-wing Antifa terrorists wearing all black, covering their faces with masks terrorized Trump supporters and chased them while trying to steal their phones and cameras. Police did not step in to stop the violence.

Russian diplomats began torching evidence shortly after the US announced it would search the San Francisco premises with almost no advance warning.
Scroll to the bottom of the article for more great spy vs. spy hijinks from the RI archives. You won’t believe it!
Welp, it’s spy vs. spy in San Francisco, as the US spy-catchers, – that would be the FBI, as anyone watching ‘The Americans‘ will know – close in on their Russian prey.
Events took a comical turn when the Russians created so much smoke from incinerating golly-knows-what in the fireplace, usually the scene of cozy vodka sing-alongs, that alarmed neighbors called the fire department – who rushed to the scene.
But the embassy employees told the brave first responders they couldn’t come in, that everything was under control, just a little evidence destruction, all in a day’s work for Russia’s finest.
This mad scramble to clear out is not just because the US suddenly announced they were going to do a flash search, but also because the diplomats are getting kicked out on short notice – they have to be out by tomorrow, and were only given a couple days notice.
That’s not very diplomatic – they could have given a couple weeks notice at least.
No doubt there was a lot of stuff that had to be torched, hard drives to be smashed and acid-washed Hillary-style, that sort of thing. Zerohedge has some insight into the situation:
It remains to be determined if the NYT or the WaPo will report some time around 7pm on Friday, citing unnamed NSA/CIA/Deep State sources, that among the items burned were Donald Trump’s official KGB recruiting papers, videotapes of the president enjoying golden showers from Russian hookers and, of course, a first lien on the US granted to Vladimir Putin.

The power of the terrorist group known as ISIS over the hearts and minds of young people that are running the risk of become its militants has been declining on the daily basis. The influx of foreign recruits who come to Syria and Iraq to join the group has dropped from the record two thousand people a month to as little as fifty people a month. Upon the liberation of the cities that played the role of so-called “capitals” of this self-proclaimed caliphate, ISIS found itself unable to transform its poisonous religious ideology into a real geopolitical force.
But, as the experience of other terrorist groups shows, especially when we’re talking about the likes Al-Qaeda, even without a quasi state resembling a state, radical ideology can survive. Its ideologists and sponsors will just adjust their tactics in order to recruit new terrorist, while routinely planning new terrorist terrorist attacks that can strike terror in the hearts of the people across the world. Such attacks can wreak havoc by destabilizing sovereign state both within the region and across.
As of now, ISIS militants are developing their own social media capabilities in order to bypass the severe security measures introduced against them on all of the existing social platforms to maintain the level of propaganda it has been known for. This was announced last May at a security conference in London by the current director of Europol, Rob Wainwright.
Terrorists are constantly looking for new providers to ensure that their messages reach potential supporters. There is also a growing interest among radical militants in such platforms that do not require user authentication. Additionally, during a special operation conducted by Interpol last April a new platform was discovered, which was created by the terrorist themselves in order to spread propaganda and find new sponsors to finance their activities.
Apps like Telegram and WhatsApp remain the key tools that allow ISIS recruiting new members. It starts with propaganda – for example, videotapes with mutilated Syrian children, placed in social media. Then, in chat rooms that can only be accessed by invitation, those supporting ISIS argue about the ideology of radical Islam, discuss their tactics along with latest terrorist attacks carried out by the group, thus drawing newcomers deeper. When the “followers” are ready to move into action, they are invited to talk one-on-one with recruiters through encrypted chats.
Therefore, the problem of combating the use of the Internet by terrorist groups is among the most pressing challenges of today.
And it seems that Washington recognizes this fact, at least verbally. In November 2015, the head of the Pentagon, Ashton Carter, suggested the use of such methods as monitoring of social networks to counter ISIS propaganda. The mission was clear: to undermine the ability of this terrorist group to disseminate its messages, attract new militants and broadcast orders.
Back then the NSA would record all phone calls across the United States, including the number of the caller, the duration of the call and the actual conversation, in order to then try to “single out” those Americans that are suspected of terrorism.
However, the Pentagon’s WebOps program to counteract ISIS propaganda on the web has proven itself to be utterly ineffective, as it was reported by the Associated Press last January.
According to those who worked with within this structure, the management of the WebOps program is incompetent, which is kept in secret by the routine forging of reports. Both active and former employees of the program have provided the news agency with a handful of good examples of the situation within the Pentagon, noting that its employees don’t speak fluent Arabic and have pretty vague concepts about the nature of Islam. Four employees of the above mentioned confined that they personally saw numbers being distorted in reports in order to create an impression of a major success, which this program has little in common with.
The New York Times would go on:
“In general, there was some sense of disappointment in the overall ability for cyberoperations to land a major blow against ISIS,” or the Islamic State, said Joshua Geltzer, who was the senior director for counterterrorism at the National Security Council until March. “This is just much harder in practice than people think. It’s almost never as cool as getting into a system and thinking you’ll see things disappear for good.”

from Sputnik News:
Thousands of files containing personal and sensitive information on US citizens who have classified, and up to Top Secret, security clearances have been exposed; presumably for most of the year due to a security lapse.
Chris Vickery, director of cyber risk research at the California-based security firm UpGuard, discovered the cache of around 9,400 job application files on an unsecure Amazon Web Services S3 storage server that required no password to access..
The documents reveal a high level of detail about the past duties and responsibilities of thousands of individuals who were formerly and may still currently be employed by the US Department of Defense and other agencies within the US intelligence community.
The exposed personal information includes social security numbers, driver’s license and passport numbers, home addresses and many other contact details.
Having briefly reviewed the files, UpGuard found that hundreds of resumes included those with Top Secret US security clearance — a prerequisite for a job at the Central Intelligence Agency, the National Security Agency, or the US Secret Service, among other government agencies.
Some of the documents also revealed sensitive and personal details about Iraqi and Afghan nationals who cooperated with US forces in their home countries and are now seen to have been put at risk in the leak.
Resumes were submitted for positions with the private security firm TigerSwan, but in a statement on Saturday, the firm asserted that the files were left unsecured by a third-party recruitment company called TalentPen, that was purported to have been used to process new job applicants.
According to the TigerSwan statement, TalentPen set up the supposedly secure server to transfer resume files to a TigerSwan server following the termination of TalentPen’s contract in February of this year.
“[We] learned that our former recruiting vendor TalentPen used a bucket site on Amazon Web Services for the transfer of resumes to our secure server but never deleted them after our login credentials expired,” the TigerSwan statement said.
“Since we did not control or have access to this site, we were not aware that these documents were still on the web, much less, were publicly facing.”
Some of the applicants in the database were apparently involved in very sensitive and highly-classified military operations. At least one applicant claimed that he was charged with the transportation of nuclear activation codes and weapons components.
UpGuard noted that they found it “troubling” that the files remained accessible for a month after their Cyber Risk Team notified TigerSwan about the exposure.
Due to the number of resumes involved, the true impact of the breach has yet to be fully realized.
