Prepare For Asset Price Declines Of 50-75{5f621241b214ad2ec6cd4f506191303eb2f57539ef282de243c880c2b328a528}

by Steve St. Angelo, SRSRocco Report:
What we have is a totally propped-up market based upon debt. Energy isn’t producing positive growth, really. So instead of having real economic growth, we have inflated economic growth and inflated asset values.

When growth starts to decline, I think we’re going to see the valuations of assets decline considerably. It’s anyone’s guess how quickly they can fall, but according to what I have been looking at, I think we are going to see a 50{5f621241b214ad2ec6cd4f506191303eb2f57539ef282de243c880c2b328a528} decrease in real estate values right off the bat. I am not saying this will happen in a day, but the first wave will be a 30-50{5f621241b214ad2ec6cd4f506191303eb2f57539ef282de243c880c2b328a528} decrease in real estate values when the markets really start to crack. They are already at the edge of the cliff — and I see prices falling down the cliff, struggling to recover, and then falling even further. Actually, I predict within the next 5-10 years, we can easily see a 75{5f621241b214ad2ec6cd4f506191303eb2f57539ef282de243c880c2b328a528} or more reduction in real estate values.

Global Warming Alarmists Have Jumped The Shark: Stephen Hawking Claims Climate Change Could Turn Earth Into Venus

by Daniel Lang, SHTF Plan:
Proponents of man-made global warming have a habit of making frightening predictions that never come true. Every ten years or so, they tells us that within a decade the human race will have destroyed the planet with our carbon emitting vehicles and power plants. They say the same thing every time. The seas will rise several feet, atmospheric temperatures will skyrocket, ecosystems will be obliterated, and human civilization will collapse. And after ten years passes by without incident, they shamelessly make their next prediction.

The latest prediction is perhaps the most outlandish, and it comes from a source that you might not expect.

WATCH: Cop Caught Speeding Scolds Officer Who Stopped Her, Peels Out – Nothing Happens

0

by Matt Agorist, The Free Thought Project:
Dayton Beach, FL — An infuriating body camera video was released this week showing the callous disregard some police officers have for the very laws they enforce. The footage shows the above the law nature exhibited by law enforcement that would get the common citizen caged or killed.

Known as blue privilege, there is an unwritten law among police officers: when they catch their fellow cop, or even their fellow cop’s family member, breaking the law, they are let go without consequence.

Last year, dashcam video was released showing preferential treatment of an Arkansas police chief who was let off — without so much as a warning — after speeding to an off-duty job as a referee at a football game.

Ron Paul: We Must Declare Independence

1

by Ron Paul, via The Anti Media:
As Independence Day comes around again we should spend a few moments between barbecue and fireworks to think about the meaning of independence. The colonists who rebelled against the British Crown were, among other things, unhappy about taxation. Yet, as economist Gary North points out, the total burden of British imperial taxation was about one-to-two percent of national income.

Some 241 years later, Washington claims more of our money as its own than King George could have ever imagined. What do we get in this bargain? We get a federal government larger and more oppressive than before 1776, a government that increasingly views us as the enemy.

Is Your Car Bug-Out Ready for Summer Emergencies? These 8 Items are a Must!

0

by Joshua Krause, Ready Nutrition:
ReadyNutrition Readers, this article is to formulate some preps for you and your vehicle for a daily basis during the months of summer. Why? Because the summer months hold some potential for problems that are quite different from the winter months, and the S can HTF at any time, that is why. Dehydration, sunburn, sunstroke, and other dangerous events can happen in addition to the EMP (Electromagnetic Pulse) attack that turns your 2016 Dodge Ram pickup into a motionless slab of several tons.

First, let’s address the issue of dehydration. Water. Simple solution, right? Wrong. Should a disaster occur, all the existing water lines may either be contaminated and/or non-functional. And there you are on the highway. Do you know how to procure water in the wild? Humans need 1 gallon per day on normal/non-stressful days. You will need a couple of gallons of water in your vehicle in sturdy containers. Your “bug-out”/go bag is already in the car. Make sure you have a three-day supply of food and a method to purify water, in addition to a method to tote it. Many prefer the Camelback drinking systems. I stick with the issue canteens. Whatever method you choose, you’ll need to add a couple of gallons into them eventually.

Car Sales Have A Long Way To Fall

0

by John Rubino, Dollar Collapse:
The past decade’s historically low interest rates convinced millions of Americans to buy cars they could only afford with hyper-cheap credit. This made auto sales one of the drivers of the recovery, but it also left far too many people with underwater “car mortgages” that will limit their spending on other things and prevent them from buying their next car until sometime in the 2020s.

Like all artificial (that is, credit-driven) booms, this had to end eventually, and it’s looking like now is the time:

U.S. Auto Makers Post Sharp Sales Decline in June

(Wall Street Journal) – Detroit’s car companies reported steep sales declines in June, capping a bumpy first half of the year for the U.S. auto industry and setting a bleak tone for the summer selling season.

How to Build an Impenetrable Defense

0

by Simon Black, Sovereign Man:
Over the past few days, I’ve been telling you about the importance of building a personal Plan B that ensures you are in a position of strength… no matter what happens next.

The first step is building a strong defense that safeguards what you already have.

This includes risk prevention and increasing your freedom.

It ensures that everything you’ve worked for – and will achieve – over your lifetime is safe, no matter what.

Where’s Your Loyalty?

0

by Jeff Thomas, International Man:
Recently, after reading an essay of mine, a reader angrily questioned my loyalty to the USA. My immediate reaction was that I’m not a US citizen. I therefore tend to observe the US dispassionately, just as I’d observe any of the nearly 200 “foreign” countries in the world.

But, as I’m British, what if he’d questioned my loyalty to the UK? Would he have a valid point? Well, at the very least, he’d certainly have a question worthy of an answer.

I, of course, have a legal right to live and work in the UK, and yet I choose not to. It’s simply not my idea of a great country in which to reside. As much as I regard the traditional English village to be an ideal environment in which to live, I reside elsewhere. The reason is that I place a very high value on personal freedom, a nonintrusive government, and a populace that doesn’t feel that it’s entitled to largesse that’s been forcibly taken from another segment of the population.

Pavlov’s Dogs and the Lunatic Left

7

by Matt, SGT Report:
Mankind has discovered many things by accident. Penicillin, Microwave Ovens and Coca Cola for starters and so it goes with the story of Ivan Pavlov, a Russian scientist in the late 19th century. Pavlov was studying the salivation in dogs in response to being fed.

The intention was to monitor the salivation when he noticed that dogs would begin their salivation whenever he entered the room, whether he was bringing them food or not. It’s said that initially he thought this was something of a nuisance.

What Pavlov came to understand was that there were some things that a dog does not need to learn. This was ‘hard wired’ into the dog.
