Stocks and Precious Metals Charts

from Jesse’s Café Américain:
“To escape the pain caused by regret for the past or fear about the future, this is the rule to follow: leave the past to the infinite mercy of God, the future to His good Providence, and give the present wholly to His love by being faithful to His grace.”

Jean-Pierre de Caussade, Abandonment to Divine Providence

“Man has places in his heart which do not yet exist, and into them enters suffering, in order that they may have life.”

Video: CNN Says Trump Wrestling Meme May Be Racist

by Steve Watson, Infowars:
In addition to declaring that the WWE wrestling meme tweeted by President Trump last week was an ‘incitement to violence’, CNN has now claimed that it also raises “questions” about “racism, bigotry, and antisemitism.”

Why is a gif of Trump ‘clotheslining’ CNN (really Vince McMahon) in a staged fight probably racist? Because someone else who posted it on Reddit has previously posted offensive content, CNN reports.

Will the Government Ruin Self-Driving Cars?

0

by Joe Jarvis, The Daily Bell:
Over the past several decades, cars have become increasingly high tech allowing for computers to take larger roles in the routine functions of the car.  Computerized functions have been a boon to consumers, who advantage from greater reliability and efficiency, but also to criminal hackers who advantage from greater vulnerability.

Starting around the turn of the last decade tech enthusiasts started toying around with the concept of hacking into cars.  So-called “white hat” hackers, who seek out exploits in technology so companies can fix them, successfully attempted to remotely disable a sedan’s breaks and allowed for companies to take hacking into consideration when developing future models.

Notably, a study done by two researchers discovered a vulnerability in Fiat Chrysler’s vehicles which caused a massive recall of 1.4 million vehicles.  After the incident, the company created a tool for car owners to constantly check for updates available to make their car safer whenever the Chryslers become aware of a threat.

THE NWO LGBT AGENDA TO MAKE YOU A CRIMINAL

by SGT, SGT Report:
This is not satire, we’re dead serious. Canada is now criminalizing the use of wrong gender pronouns.

Canada’s Senate recently passed Bill C-16, which puts “gender identity” and “gender expression” into both the country’s Human Rights Code, as well as the hate crime category of its Criminal Code.

“I have a problem with the policing of our language, when you are going to force the police upon me to have to SUSPEND REALITY to recognize you as whatever you want to be recognized as, there’s a slippery slope here with C-16,” says Dan Dicks from Press For Truth.

Apocalypse Insurance? Billionaires Buying up Land at Staggering Pace

by Isabelle Z., BugOut News:
Many billionaires amassed their fortunes by having a keen sense of foresight. A lot of hard work might have been involved, but knowing what to pursue, when and how helped them reach the pinnacle of success and avert disaster along the way. Now, that same remarkable acumen is leading many of the world’s top earners to buy up massive amounts of land across the country and even the world in a move that has survival written all over it.

Many of these wealthy individuals are snapping up property in states like Wyoming, New Mexico, North Dakota and Montana, where they are creating fortified shelters and stocking up on supplies like organic emergency survival food, tools and weapons.

Auto Sales Weak Again, Average Loan Hits Record 5.75 Years: Don’t Worry “Plateau Expected”

by Mish Shedlock, Mish Talk:
With about 3/4 of the totals in, vehicle sales in June are running no better than even compared to May’s 16.7 million annualized rate according to Econoday.

The Wall Street Journal report is much weaker: U.S. Auto Sales Fall as Fewer Vehicles Go to Rental Chains.

According to the article subtitle, GM, Ford and Fiat Chrysler are moving away from practice of dumping unwanted inventory into rental lots. The body reads quite differently. It is the rental car dealers cutting back due to warranted fears of a decline in used vehicle prices.

Freedom of Speech Comes to an End in Germany

0

by Martin Armstrong, Armstrong Economics:
The most anti-democratic law perhaps ever to pass any western government just passed in the German Bundestag last week. Even the opposition Social Democratic Party (SPD) votes to suppress free speech and it is all geared to end criticism of government. This new law obligates the operators of social networks to block off anything that they themselves view “might be” criminal within 24 hours of receipt of the complaint. Other illegal content must be “deleted” or “blocked” within seven days.

The problem is rather simple. It boils down to there is no judicial determination as to what might be criminal and there is nothing specifically deemed to be criminal in the act. The word “criminal” is left totally undefined. Traditionally, the foundation of law in a free society is known as DUE PROCESS. This concept comes from the Bible. When Cain kills Abel, God knew what he had done. Nevertheless, he (1) summoned him, (2) asked him his side of the story, (3) judged him, and (4) sentenced him. It is presumed that God knew what took place, yet he still allowed Cain to explain and defend himself – i.e. Due Process of Law.
