Journalist Gonzalo Lira is pleading with Hungary for asylum after enduring a long and cruel jail sentence in the nation of Ukraine after exposing information that exposed the corruption of the war effort.
“Right now, I’m about to try to get out of Ukraine, and seek political asylum in Hungary,” Lira wrote in a tweet. “Either I’ll cross the border and make it to safety, or I’ll be disappeared by the Kiev regime.”

Hungarian Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó has claimed that the member countries of the European Union are expecting to fund the war in Ukraine for at least another four years at a cost of €5 billion per year.
In a video posted online, Szijjártó states “The European Union thinks that there will be war in Ukraine for another four years. How many people will die in four years? How many Hungarians will die in four years? And how much more devastation will be created in four years that someone will then have to repair?”

Young Thug’s co-defendant Shannon “SB” Stillwell was arrested by police right in the middle of a ritual involving the sacrifice of goats. The rapper’s attorney has filed a motion to suppress this piece of evidence because it would cause “prejudice” against him.
In early 2022, Young Thug and several members of YSL Records were arrested and charged with conspiracy to violate the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations (RICO) Act. YSL member Shannon Stillwell (aka SB), was also arrested around the same time on alleged murder charges.
But that arrest was rather bizarre and it was all caught on video (most likely body cams). When police raided Stillwell’s home, he was reportedly in the midst of an all-out goat sacrifice ritual.

For the longest time, Bureau of Economic Analysis jobs reports show that industrial and manufacturing jobs–jobs that have high value added and produce good incomes–are declining in the United States. For some time US corporate profits have been based on sending Americans’ jobs to Asia where labor costs are lower. The stock market boom was a product of low interest rates, which meant Federal Reserve liquidity, and reduced labor costs from offshoring. It was not a sign of a vibrant US economy.

Data published in the Commitments of Traders (COT) reports over the past four reporting weeks indicate a number of highly unusual changes in COMEX silver futures positioning. One such highly unusual change is the emergence of a big managed money trader on the short side, which appears to be holding a net short position of roughly 10,000 contracts (50 million oz) in COMEX silver futures contracts.
This large managed money short trader first appeared a few months back and after reducing its short position profitably on lower prices, has come back on the short side as aggressively as at previous peak short levels. There’s no way of knowing in advance whether this big managed money short will be able to buy back the current large short position on lower prices again, but fortunately we will come to learn that in future COT reports.

Following the shocker of an announcement by the Treasury Department yesterday that it would have to borrow $1 trillion in the quarter through September and another $852 billion in the quarter through December, on top of the $32.6 trillion the government already owes, Fitch Ratings threw in the towel today and became the second major US rating agency to downgrade the US of A.
