Netherlands, a NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) member has given Ukraine the green light to use the fighter jets provided to strike Russia. This has been one of Russia’s red lines, and so far, the former Soviet Union has exercised restraint with the West.
Russia previously stated that simply supplying Ukraine with the fighter jets to begin with was a “nuclear threat.”

This confirms what I reported at the time, but there is more to the story. Not only did Israel know in advance, Israel participated in the attack upon itself. Several Israeli intelligence officials and commanders of sections of the barrier separating Israel from Gaza have made it clear that it is impossible to even approach, much less penetrate, the barrier without detection. For the October 7 Hamas attack to succeed, the barrier’s alarms had to be turned off and barrier patrols stood down.

Now that Donald Trump has won the election, he is going to have to deal with Vladimir Putin and Russia, and that isn’t going to be easy. The Russians have no incentive to end the conflict because they are steadily gobbling up territory in eastern Ukraine. As long as the Russians are making progress toward achieving their goals, why would they want to stop? On the other side, the Ukrainians will never agree to any peace agreement that allows the Russians to keep all of the territories that they have already taken, but the Ukrainians are losing even more ground with each passing day. Of course most members of Congress and our NATO allies want to keep fighting until Russia is defeated, but escalating the war even more is likely to bring us to the brink of nuclear conflict.

The NATO-Russian proxy war in Ukraine might be on the brink of an unprecedented escalation that could easily spiral out of control if Russia’s Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR) is correct in claiming that NATO is planning a 100,000-strong military intervention in Ukraine under the guise of peacekeepers. The purpose is to freeze the conflict, presumably by having these troops function as tripwires for deterring a Russian attack that could spark World War III, and then rebuild Ukraine’s military-industrial complex (MIC).
