Space Age Technology’: Why Russia’s T-90 Tank is Taking Over the World

0

from Sputnik News:
The newest export version of Russia’s T-90 is rightly believed to be the world’s best battle tank in terms of combat effectiveness, quality and price. This was once again confirmed by a recent deal between Moscow and Tehran to supply a “large batch” of modernized T-90MS tanks to Iran.

It is only natural that Iran decided to buy a “large batch” of Russian T-90MS tanks, Russian political analyst Alexander Khrolenko wrote in his article for RIA Novosti.

Earlier, Russia’s Uralvagonzavod defense contractor said that the first shipment of 73 tanks is scheduled to be delivered to Iran before the end of this year.

Cold Arm of ‘Jihad’ Sponsored by the West is Reaching Rebellious Philippines

by Andre Vltchek, New Eastern Outlook:
A month ago I wrote an essay exposing the complex network of Western-sponsored terrorism in Asia (“Washington Jihad Express: Indonesia, Afghanistan, Syria and Philippines”). I argued that in the 1980’s, Indonesian and Malaysian jihadists, indoctrinated by the Southeast Asian brand of extreme anti-Communism, went to fight in Afghanistan against the socialist governments of Karmal, and then Mohammad Najibullah, with the ultimate goal of destroying the Soviet Union. Hardened and further brainwashed, they returned home to Southeast Asia, participated in several ethnic strifes and pogroms (including those in Ambon and Poso), and then, in order to ‘bridge the generational gap’, embarked on the coaching of young generation of terrorists, who eventually ended up fighting in Syria and recently in the Philippines.

My essay was full of facts, and I put into it various testimonies of Southeast Asian academics, thinkers, and even of one active and prominent ‘jihadi cadre’ who is now living in Jakarta.

AUSTRIA TO DEPLOY MILITARY IF ITALY UNLEASHES 200,000 MIGRANTS ON EU

from InfoWars:
Migrant crisis pushing EU to brink of civil war

Austria is prepared to militarily secure its southern border if Italy follows through on a ‘nuclear option’ to grant 200,000 temporary visas to migrants currently being held in the Mediterranean nation, enabling them to legally move deeper into the besieged continent.

“Italy granting humanitarian visas to migrants is unacceptable,” said Austrian Interior Minister Wolfgang Sobotka during a visit to the border. “In that case, we would immediately introduce controls in Brenner.”

CONFIRMED: Trump ends CIA arms to Salafists in Syria

by Adam Garrie, The Duran:
The race for Raqqa is now increasingly a two-horse race between US backed Kurdish forces and the Syrian Arab Army which relies on support from Russia, Iran and Hezbollah.

Today, two reports emerged within minutes of each other which indicate that under Donald Trump, the United States has fully shifted its policies in Syria away from arming and aiding Salafist/jihadist terrorist fighters and is now allying exclusively with Kurdish.

To a less extent, America is also politically allied with Russia in a limited capacity in south western Syria, something which is more significant due to the shift it represents rather than in terms of size or scope.

Here are the key events:

Every Country Wants to Possess’ Jets Such as Russia’s 5th-Gen PAK FA Fighter

from Sputnik News:
The first stage of tests of Russia’s Sukhoi T-50 (PAK FA) fifth-generation fighter aircraft is expected to finish in December, Russian Aerospace Forces Commander Col. Gen. Viktor Bondarev said Tuesday.

ZHUKOVSKIY (Sputnik) — In May, Russian Defense Minister Sergei Shoigu said that the Armed Forces would begin receiving fifth-generation T-50 fighter aircraft in 2019.

“We have something to be proud of. The first phase of the PAK FA tests will finish in December this year, and over time, we will receive this aircraft, and our pilots will successfully master it,” Bondarev said on the sidelines of the International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS-2017 after the flight performance of the T-50.

Who Should Be Held Responsible for the Cruel Bloodshed in Syria

by Martin Berger, New Eastern Outlook:
It goes without saying that it’s mainly due to the unprecedented courage of certain journalists that go above and beyond to report the truth, we know that that there’s a whole list of Western countries that continue arming such radical terrorist groups as Jabhat al-Nusra and ISIS.

On June 15, the UN report would release a report that would state that Israeli authorities are routinely financing and supplying Islamic radical militants fighting against the legitimate government of Syria and its armed forces in the Golan Heights. The report that was penned by the United Nations Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) summarizes the period from March 2 to May 16, noting there’s a number of cases Israel would assist renegade armed groups. In total, there’s been sixteen such instances recorded by UNDOF.

Is It Time To Think And Act Differently On North Korea?

0

by George Koo, Silver Bear Cafe:
North Korea’s latest test of a missile with a range capable of threatening American cities has left the Trump Administration somewhere between wishful thinking and a hard place. Too bad neither represents a realistic resolution of the conundrum.

The easy way out, for the US at least, is to “let China do it.” President Donald Trump, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Defense Secretary James Mattis and UN Ambassador Nikki Haley have in unison chanted the same basic mantra: The problem would be solved if China would apply more pressure on North Korea.

First there is no evidence China can tell North Korea what to do with any real hope of success. The two countries are not buddies and there is no love lost between China’s President Xi Jinping and North Korean leader Kim Jong-un. They have not met since both leaders came to power in 2012 and they communicate via messengers.

Russian AK-47 Manufacturer Building Fully Automated Lethal Combat Machines

by Joseph Jankowski, Planet Free Will:
The debate over the role robots will play in the future of warfare is one that is taking place right now as the development of automated lethal technology is truly beginning to take shape. Predator drone style combat machines are just the tip of the iceberg for what is to come down the line of lethal weaponry and some are worried that when robots are calling the shots, things could get a little out of hand.

Recently there has been some debate at the U.N. about “killer robots,” with prominent scientists, researchers, and Human rights organizations all warning that this type of technology – lethal tech. that divorces the need for human control – could cause a slew of unintended consequence to the detriment of humanity.

There’s a Special Place in Hell for People Screaming for Confrontation With Russia

by Patrick J. Buchanan, via Russia Insider:
“Is Russia an enemy of the United States?” NBC’s Kasie Hunt demanded of Ted Cruz. Replied the runner-up for the GOP nomination, “Russia is a significant adversary. Putin is a KGB thug.”

To Hillary Clinton running mate Tim Kaine, the revelation that Donald Trump Jr., entertained an offer from the Russians for dirt on Clinton could be considered “treason.”

Treason is giving aid and comfort to an enemy in a time of war.

Are we really at war with Russia? Is Russia really our enemy?

Begala: We Should ‘Debate Whether We Should Blow Up’ Russia

from The Daily Beast:
Long-time Clinton family ally Paul Begala on Wednesday evening seemingly suggested President Trump should consider bombing Russia in response to the Kremlin’s meddling in the 2016 election. Speaking with CNN’s Anderson Cooper, the former adviser to Bill Clinton lamented how Trump supporters don’t seem particularly outraged about Russia’s meddling in American affairs. “We were and are under attack by a hostile foreign power,” he said, “and… we should be debating how many sanctions we should place on Russia or whether we should blow up the KGB, GSU, or GRU [Russia’s foreign intelligence agency].” He continued: “If I was Trump, I would be mad because it has tainted his victory.”

CIA Director Pompeo Admits Convincing Trump Over Disproven Chem Weapons Attack In Syria

by Brandon Turbeville, Activist Post:
Ever since the tragic and stupid launch of 59 Tomahawk missiles into Syria by the United States took place in April, the entire incident has been represented as a one-man show by the corporate and even by the alternative media. The corporate press, which virtually never gives Trump a break on any issue real or imagined, was strangely approving of The Donald after his war crime while his detractors in the alternative media were presenting the act as that of a madman who is frighteningly close to the red button.

On June 25, veteran journalist Seymour Hersh released a bombshell article revealing a number of facets regarding the alleged chemical attack in Khan Sheikhoun, Syria and the resulting volley of Tomahawk missiles fired by the United States at the al-Sha’aryat airbase in response. Hersh’s article provides the reader with what many of us already knew and wrote about at the time; i.e. that the Syrian military did not conduct a chemical weapons attack and that the United States was fully aware of that fact. Still, the U.S. government opted to use the attack as a justification for launching 59 Tomahawk missiles at a Syrian airbase that resulted in the deaths of Syrian soldiers, civilians, and children from the nearby village.

The Media Says the US Just Liberated Mosul: Here’s What Really Happened

by Darius Shahtahmasebi, The Anti Media:
The mainstream media appears to be celebrating ISIS’ recent defeat in Mosul, albeit with some reservations. The media is largely using the word “liberation,” which indicates the people of Mosul have been freed from a monstrous force by a friendly, benevolent one.

In reality, the “liberation” of Mosul paints a dark, horrifying picture of America’s foreign policy when one realizes how ISIS took hold of Mosul in the first place. As Anti-Media in summarized in September of last year, the U.S. allowed ISIS to gain control of Mosul quite deliberately:
