by Erin Elizabeth, Health Nut News:

ST. PAUL, Minn.—The Office for Human Research Protections at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services used a Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) to issue a notice on federally funded research using newborn dried blood spots taken by states for genetic testing at birth.

Citizens’ Council for Health Freedom (CCHF) first discovered long-term state warehousing of newborn DNA in 2003 and has been educating Americans on the fact that some states store and use newborn blood spots without parental consent. CCHF has actively engaged parents to protect their newborn baby’s DNA and genetic privacy rights.

Deplatforming “Anti-Vaxxers”

by Daniel Greenfield, Freedom OutPost:

In the last few weeks, we’ve seen a surge of media stories claiming that “anti-vaxxers” pose a unique threat and that this threat is vectored through social media platforms, which have a moral obligation to take action.

We’ve seen this same deplatforming rollout before aimed at conservatives. It was interesting to witness it aimed at a group that is not conservative.

Newsweek says vaccines have “no health risks,” calls for “trust in science” – who are they even kidding?

by Ethan Huff, Natural News:

Some people have falsely accused Natural News of spreading “fake news” for constantly driving home the fact that the mainstream media routinely and absurdly contends that all vaccines are 100 percent safe and effective all the time, even though vaccine package inserts created by vaccine corporations reveal that there are very real dangers associated with vaccines. But reality has once against proven these folks wrong, as none other than Newsweek recently published a ridiculous op-ed claiming that anyone who says that there are health risks associated with vaccines simply has no “faith in science.”

65 chemical cross-contaminants found in popular children’s vaccine INFANRIX Hexa

by Erin Elizabeth, Health Nut News:

Facebook, which seems to have become a government-run agency claiming to help fight the war on ‘fake news,’ has pledged to delete and flag content that spreads misinformation. This is great, and should be done, but the only problem is that content around the internet is being taken down, flagged, and deemed as a ‘conspiracy theory’ when it is well-supported, factual, and backed by peer-reviewed science.

Here’s Exactly How Ugly and Personal the Vaccine Debate Has Become

by Daisy Luther, The Organic Prepper:

Warning: This article contains profanity in some of the quotes taken off Facebook.

I was really planning on staying out of the whole vaccine debate because I don’t think anyone anywhere ever changed their minds because they read a blog post once. What I can’t, in good conscience, stay out of is the censorship and propaganda surrounding this debate.

I read an article on CNN that was incredibly sad. A mother who had lost her young son to influenza was allegedly “attacked by anti-vaxxers.”  The report said:

Italy bans unvaccinated children from going to preschool

by Erin Elizabeth, Health Nut News:

While it seemed that originally Italy’s current far-right Five Star Movement (M5S) government wasn’t going to require vaccines for school and that Italian Health Minister, Giulia Grillo understood choice was every parents right, something has changed.

“Under a new law from the Italian government, all unvaccinated kids under the age of six can be barred from public schools and while kids aged 6-16 cannot be banned they risk their parents having to pay a €500 ($560) fine. The ban comes amid a surge in measles cases in the European country. Among the 10 mandatory vaccinations for school, admission are shots for chicken pox, polio, mumps, rubella and of course, measles. The Lorenzin law, named for the former Italian Health Minister who introduced it, came into effect on Tuesday.”1
