Medicare Will Be Insolvent In 2026, Sooner Than Expected; Social Security To Follow In 2034

from ZeroHedge:

Medicare’s trust fund has just eight more years of solvency until 2026, and Social Security will be exhausted in 2034, according to Thursday projections by the trustees for the government programs.

While Social Security’s expected depletion is unchanged from last year’s projection, the date for Medicare’s demise was moved up three years.

Social Security is made up of several funds; the Old-Age and Survivors Insurance (OASI) and Disability Insurance (DI) are combined for the designation OASDI, while Medicare’s Hospital Insurance trust fund is designated HI.

The Antidote To The Deep State/Cabal

by Joe Martino, Collective Evolution:

  • The Facts:The reality of the Deep State has become quite widespread, this has left people wondering how to stop them. The reality is, to get there, we must create a collective consciousness that no longer allows them to exist.
  • Reflect On:Does your state of being reflect one of peace, empathy, love and understanding? Or does it stem around anger, division, polarity and fight? We fuel the Deep State, we can remove that fuel.

Revelations of a shadowy government behind the scenes of ‘real government’ have been coming forth for many, many years. A group of individuals, bound to no country and no religion, have been quietly influencing everything in our world from the economy, political policy, healthcare, the food supply and more. Quite literally, they influence and control everything. This is what many call the Deep State or The Cabal.

Dystopia Disguised as Democracy: All the Ways in Which Freedom Is an Illusion

by John W. Whitehead, Rutherford Institute:

“The illusion of freedom will continue as long as it’s profitable to continue the illusion. At the point where the illusion becomes too expensive to maintain, they will just take down the scenery, they will pull back the curtains, they will move the tables and chairs out of the way and you will see the brick wall at the back of the theater.”—Frank Zappa

We are no longer free.

We are living in a world carefully crafted to resemble a representative democracy, but it’s an illusion.

Rod Rosenstein Refuses to Turn Over Subpoenaed Memos – Backs Out of Thursday’s Congressional Hearing

by Jim Hoft, The Gateway Pundit:

As we reported earlier today Rod Rosenstein is one of the most conflicted and corrupt officials in US history.

According to multiple reports, Deputy Attorney General Rosenstein has given a verbal resignation to Chief of Staff John Kelly following an explosive NYT report he wanted to wear a wire and oust Trump from office.

Last week, Freedom Caucus Chairman Mark Meadows (R-NC), who previously filed articles of impeachment against Rosenstein, called for the Deputy Attorney General to appear before Congress under oath this week.

by Peter Schiff, Euro Pacific Capital:

General George Custer met his doom charging into a battle he thought he could win, against an opponent he did not understand. Based on his views about the fast-emerging trade war with China, it looks to me that Donald Trump, another blonde with a very high opinion of himself, is charging into an economic version of the Little Bighorn. By mistaking the real nature of international trade, the costs of tariffs, the effects of currency movements, and the supposed ease with which the United States could quickly re-establish itself as a low-cost manufacturer, Trump risks shredding the safety nets that have undergirded the U.S. economy for decades and plunging us into a war we are ill-equipped to fight.

Mario Draghi Accelerates Quantitative Easing on His Way Out the Door – Nathan McDonald (12/09/2019)

by Nathan McDonald, Sprott Money:

Let the good times roll. Well, at least for a little bit longer.

Mario Draghi, whose term as President of the European Central Bank comes to an end on October 31st, made one final, desperate move to secure his legacy as he exits the seat of power he has held since 2011.

In a bold announcement, Mr. Draghi took to the airwaves, indicating that the European Central Bank would slash deposit rates to minus 0.5% from minus 0.4%.

‘I Demand a Meeting’: Sen. Cruz Slams the Military’s Official Criticism of Tucker Carlson

by Beth Baumann, Townhall:

Texas Sen. Ted Cruz (R) on Sunday penned a letter to Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin over the Military’s use of official Armed Forces’ communication channels to address Fox News host Tucker Carlson’s criticisms.

The senator pointed out that Military members are prohibited from using their official capacities to engage in partisan politics. Instead of abiding by the Department of Defense’s policies, Pentagon officials, Cruz said, used public attacks on Carlson “for the sake of leftwing ideology and political expediency.”
