Does Religion Also Decline with the Confidence in Government?

by Martin Armstrong, Armstrong Economics:

As we head into the end of this Economic Confidence Model Wave in 2032.95, there are many trends in motions. One of those trends is the decline in religious beliefs and the preparation for a change that historically comes with such monumental economic shifts. A signal of this is how the Irish voters overwhelmingly backed repealing a decades-old constitutional ban on abortion. This is shocking in a country that was historically religious, but also how the monasteries of Ireland survived the barbarian invasions and they effectively helped to save the world of knowledge and rekindled the Age of Enlightenment from the Dark Ages. In other words, the monasteries preserved books that were destroyed by the barbarians and thus saved civilization.

Harvard’s mass discrimination against Asians exposed in shocking investigation… RACIST BIGOTS run the school

by Ethan Huff, Natural News:

White people aren’t the only victims of systemic racism on American college campuses, according to the findings of a new study published by the Center for Equal Opportunity (CEO).

At Harvard University, anyway, students of Asian descent are vastly underrepresented, CEO claims – and it’s all because of Harvard’s discriminatory race-based admissions policies.

Compared to the California Institute of Technology, where a whopping 43 percent of the student body is Asian, Harvard claims only 17 percent Asian students. According to CEO, this percentage should be much higher.

by Joe Martino, Collective Evolution:

Anonymous has come out with a new video on their YouTube channel bringing attention to the recent events taking place as a result of Trump’s call to attack Syria, which was based on intel his administration received about Assad’s apparent chemical weapons attack on his own people — an event for which we know there is no evidence.

Things have moved forward quickly, with military activity increasing around Europe as tensions continue to build. North Korea has also entered the picture, as their relationship with the U.S. becomes increasingly strained. While no attack has yet broken out, many worry one is imminent.

from InfoWars:

This is what an ‘America First’ president looks like

You usually don’t expect commencement speakers to stick around long after the speech is over, especially not when the speaker is the president.

However, when the venue is the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland, things are a bit different. And, when the president is Donald Trump, things are a lot different.

Oops! Thanks to David Hogg’s Die-In Stunt – Publix Cancels Donations to Planned Parenthood

by Jim Hoft, The Gateway Pundit:

When David Hogg organized a die-in at a Publix supermarket over their donations to an NRA-supported candidate, he caused them to cancel all political donations — including to organizations that fund Planned Parenthood.

The level of liberal self own is truly awe-inspiring.

Publix issued a statement on Friday saying that it will “suspend corporate-funded political contributions as we reevaluate our giving processes.”

Twitter users quickly found a list of the causes that Publix had been supporting — and the Democratic Party can’t be happy about it.

Elon Musk Just Exposed the Oil Oligarchy’s Control Over Mainstream Media In Epic Rant

by John Vibes, Activist Post:

Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk, the founder of Tesla, Space-X, and PayPal, recently posted a series of Tweets pointing out how media organizations have an obvious incentive to give bad press to electric cars and alternative energy in general.

Musk was unforgiving towards the mainstream media in his epic Twitter rant, calling them hypocrites and saying that the public no longer trusts them. He said that he doesn’t advertise for Tesla, his electric car company, which means that he contributes no money to the media, who depend on advertising dollars to stay in business.

On the other hand, the traditional auto industry and fossil fuel companies are among the world’s largest advertisers, meaning that they are one of the primary industries keeping the mainstream media in business. When it comes time to cover a story that involves these industries, journalists, and media organizations have an obvious bias and conflict of interest that will influence their coverage of the story even if they were not given explicit orders to create propaganda.

Is China And The Yuan The Future Of Venezuela?

by The Bishop, Silver Doctors:

Nicolás Maduro may have received more votes in Venezuela’s recent presidential election, but the record-low voter turnout is widely seen as its own form of protest against his increasingly oppressive socialist regime. So as long as Maduro’s government controls the voting process, his opponents will continue to advocate elections boycotts to try to erode the legitimacy of his government. Once again we see democracy being wielded as a weapon by tyrants, rather than an answer for political victims.

Fishy Business

by James Howard Kunstler, Kunstler:

Picking up a trope conceived months back, the melodrama of US governance is looking more and more like Herman Melville’s Moby Dick, with the FBI as the doomed ship Pequod, with R. Mueller as Captain Ahab and D.J. Trump as the white whale. In the classic book, of course, the wounded whale finally sends the ship to the bottom, crew and all (but one), and swims away to the freedom of the deep blue sea.

Forgive the barrage of movie metaphor, but there’s quite a bit of the 1944 classic Gaslight in here too — and sure, I’m not the first to notice. In that film, the wicked Charles Boyer manipulates his wife, played by Ingrid Bergman, into thinking she’s lost her marbles, in order to cover up his own crimes. That’s how I feel when I turn to The New York Times every morning — for instance, today’s edition, with the front-page story Trump Proxies Drop by Briefings on Use of F.B.I. Informant (which headline was actually changed on the landing page to Trump’s Lawyer and Chief of Staff Appear at Briefings on F.B.I.’s Russia Informant).

Twilight Zone Headlines Show How Utterly Bizarre Things Have Gotten In America And Across The Globe

by Susan Duclos, All News Pipeline:

After browsing through the news this week, it would not surprise me in the least if we soon heard from the media that the sky is green and the grass is blue, because the nature of some of the news coming out these days, truly does make it seem like we are living in the Twilight Zone. (For youngsters, learn what Twilight Zone was at IMDb)

Could anyone imagine that in Ireland, where 78 percent of the population identified as Catholic in 2016, they are now be celebrating in the streets because they can kill babies after the voters favored repealing part of their constitution that banned abortions?

Or how about seeing that the UK has become so Islamicized that a man, Tommy Robinson, is arrested for livestreaming outside of a trial of a child grooming gang, with the claim that he was “breaching the peace.” Robinsion was then carted off to jail to serve a previous 13 month sentence that had been suspended, just for reporting on the child grooming gang that has been charged with child rape, trafficking and supply of Class A drugs to children. To top it all off, reporters that were documenting the trial and arrest of Robinson have been forced to scrub the reports, saying there has been a “reporting restriction” put in place.
