Russia is one of the most diverse countries in the world with over 190 ethnic groups that speak more than 270 languages and dialects, according to the government.

A source released the document to the conservative online outfit, The Tennessee Star. The manifesto proved it was hidden to conceal the fact that one of the reasons she killed six people was because they were Christians.

The FISA legislation reauthorized a controversial provision that allows the government to spy on Americans without a warrant as long as they’re communicating with noncitizens in a foreign country.
