More information leaked out today on Russian attorney Natalia Veselnitskaya.

Veselnitskaya told NBC News on Monday she was not with the Kremlin as was reported by The New York Times

She confirmed her meeting with Donald Trump Jr. was about Russian adoptions in the US.

The law firm where Veselnitskaya is listed as managing partner, Kamerton Consulting, is based in a Moscow suburb and does not even have a website.

A staff member at Kamerton told The Associated Press Veselnitskaya was unavailable for comment on Monday.

An Accident?

by Bob Rinear, The International Forecaster:
My stance has been that Donald Trump was tapped to do “something”. He wasn’t just lying on his gold gilded bed one night, having a glass of wine with his beautiful wife, and then “whammo! I know I’ll run for President!

On Sunday I wrote an article that was bothersome to some people. My main theme of the work was that “nothing’s an accident.” Seemingly completely unrelated issues such as transgender bathrooms and millions of African “Refugee’s” can’t be related, could they? On the surface, it would appear, no…not even remotely. But the surface is often a mirror, that doesn’t let you look at the bottom. Think of a really lovely looking pond. Pretty, tranquil, serene. Then they drain that pond and on the bottom you see the junk. The trash. The tires, cans, bikes, and what have you, that’s been tossed in.

Countercoup 6: Did @Crowdstrike Fabricate ‘#RussianHacking by #Guccifer2.0’? Did Peegate Dossier Authors at FusionGPS Arrange for ‘Kremlin Connected Lawyer’s Meeting’ with Donald Trump Jr.?

from Rogue Money:
Setting aside the unsolved Seth Rich murder, there is a separate bombshell threatening to blow apart the mainstream media and the largely accepted by Congress ‘slam dunk’ case that the Russian government ‘hacked the election’. And unlike the Rich case, it doesn’t revolve around any lost or covered up forensic evidence, or a cooperative but terrified witness having to come forward.

Alex Jones: “I am under criminal espionage investigation by the FBI”

from Intellihub:
Alex Jones promises to give the Democrats their “political Waterloo” over “false charges”.

Infowars founder Alex Jones learned early Tuesday that he is under “criminal espionage investigation by the FBI.”

The grim news comes following public comments made by several Democrats, including Hillary Clinton, who insinuated that Infowars may be ‘working with the Russians.’

Jones said that he learned of the news from a Federal Election Commission commissioner named Ellen L. Weintraub.

Court House Doors Will Reopen for Millions of U.S. Consumers

by Pam Martens and Russ Martens, Wall Street On Parade:
Yesterday, Richard Cordray, the Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) that was created in 2010 under the Dodd-Frank financial reform legislation, did what few Americans thought he would dare to do: he stood up to threats of being fired; threats of backlash from Wall Street titans; threats of having his agency’s budget gutted; and Congressional threats of being put on a leash by a commission appointed by the President. Despite all of these threats and more, Cordray issued the final rule that allows consumers who have been defrauded in financial transactions involving credit cards and bank accounts to have access to file a group action (known legally as a “class action”) using the nation’s courts.

The rule mandates the following wording in bank account and credit card contracts: “You may file a class action in court or you may be a member of a class action filed by someone else.”

When I Found Out How Members Of Congress Really Spend Their Time, I Just About Threw Up

0

by Michael Snyder, End Of The American Dream:
Did you know that many members of Congress spend three or four hours a day “dialing for dollars” in cramped call centers that both parties have set up in Washington? I promised that I would keep all of you updated on what I am learning as I run for Congress, and what I learned the other day just about had me losing my lunch. I always imagined members of Congress spending long hours in their offices working on legislation and other important matters, but the truth is that most members of Congress are little more than glorified telemarketers at this point. Winning the next election is everything for most of these Congress critters, and so they spend far more time making cold calls to potential donors than doing anything else.

Hackers Breached A Dozen Power Plants In May – Could Be A Dry Run For Something Bigger

0

by Mac Slavo, SHTF Plan:
It may only be a matter of time before the power grid in the United States, which is far more vulnerable to hacking than most people realize, suffers from a catastrophic cyber attack. We know this, because there is already evidence that unknown hackers have been targeting companies that run power plants throughout the country. According to the FBI and Homeland Security, in May hackers made their way into computer systems related to a dozen power plants, including the Wolf Creek nuclear power plant in Kansas.

However, it doesn’t appear that any damage was done, and the hackers didn’t gain access to the controls for the power plants. They only infiltrated systems that were “limited to administrative and business networks.” So what were these hackers going after? According to the experts, these cyber attacks may have been a dry run for a future attack that could have a far more devastating effect.
