Just as Hollywood seems stuck on the notion of releasing new versions of once-popular films using new actors, the corrupt Department of Justice seems to be using the same tattered playbook once again in the preposterous and ill-considered indictment of President Trump. Only if you saw the originals, you know the plot tricks this time.

Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd has announced the results of the “Operation May’s Monsters” investigation.
The Polk County Sheriff’s Office Computer Crimes Unit led the monthlong investigation and sought to identify those who possess and distribute child pornography.
The investigation led to the arrest of eight men, including a Disney employee identified as Paul Viel.
According to straight-talking Sheffif Judd, the material the suspects were trafficking was “horrific.”

Not only are these remedies worse than the disease, but they are always extremely simplistic, reductionist and they never, ever, take into account anything else apart from the political “optics” and the populistic value of each new measure or piece of legislation. There are so many who KNOW that Ukraine blew up the Kakhovka hydroelectric dam because it would cut off the water supply for Crimea.
