The Elite Are Creating An Authoritarian ‘Beast System’, And Those That Dissent Could Lose EVERYTHING

by Michael Snyder, The Economic Collapse Blog:

They are transforming the Internet into the greatest tool of surveillance that humanity has ever seen, and if we stay on the road that we are currently on it is only a matter of time until our society becomes a hellish dystopian nightmare.  I wish that this was an exaggeration, but it isn’t.  Over the past couple of decades, the Internet has completely changed the way that we all communicate with one another.  At one time, all forms of mass communication were tightly controlled by the elite, but the Internet suddenly allowed us to communicate with one another on a massive scale without having to go through their gatekeepers.  This radically altered the landscape, and at first the elite were unsure of how to respond to this growing threat.  There was no way that they could roll back time to an era before the Internet was invented, and so they have decided to use it for their own insidious purposes instead.

John Solomon Bombshell: At Least 6 Deep State Operatives Attempted to Infiltrate Trump Camp During 2016 Election

by Jim Hoft, The Gateway Pundit:

John Solomon dropped another bombshell Friday on the historic Obama Spygate scandal.

>According to Solomon, there were at least six different Deep State operatives who attempted to infiltrate and set up the Trump campaign during the 2016 election.

Recent documents also revealed the Obama deep state operatives contacted Trump campaign officials in Great Britain prior to the launch of any FBI investigation.

Delingpole: Michael ‘Hockey Stick’ Mann Invites You to Sniff His Dirty Linen

by James Delingpole, Breitbart:

Who wants to rummage through Michael “Hockey Stick” Mann’s dirty laundry?

The discredited “climate scientist” and fake Nobel-prizewinner has released a batch of his old emails, which you can access here.

Mann gives a defiant account of his decision at the Soros-funded global warming propaganda site DeSmogblog.

By releasing his emails, Mann claims, he will be:

from InfoWars:

Between the ever-encroaching eye of Big Brother, the imminent events of pre-crime AI, the exposure of tech behemoth privacy contempt, and the inevitable ‘hack’ of any and everything online, it is perhaps understandable that your average joe is more than a little nervous – no matter how romantic the idea of discovering you are 1/1024th native American – to hand over their DNA to the next tom, dick or dotcom wanting to tell you if you’re lactose intolerant or when you’ll get diabetes.

Even The NYTimes Thinks Its ‘Curtains For The Clintons’

from ZeroHedge:

When it comes to the Clintons’ heavily promoted speaking tour, it seems that even the crickets are taking the night off.

The New York Times‘s Maureen Dowd has penned what can only be described as a sad state of affairs for the Clintons – after paying $177 for a ticket to hear the former Democratic party superstars speak. As journalist Byron York notes – had Dowd simply waited until the day of the event, she could pave paid less than $10 for the event.

WHY Is The Department Of Homeland Security Still Ignoring This Existential Threat That Could Wipe Out 90% Of Us Or More?

by Peter Vincent Pry, All News Pipeline:

(ANP: This story by Dr Pry takes on added significance following the release of what has been called an ‘extraordinary and sobering’ new report by the United States military warning of the increasing risk of an EMP attack that could ‘wipe out’ America. You can see that full report embedded at the bottom of this story.)

North Korea is educating its workforce, including industrial workers and farmers, about nuclear electromagnetic pulse (EMP) attack. This further confirms warnings by the Congressional EMP Commission that North Korea has a sophisticated understanding of EMP and contingency plans to attack the U.S. and its allies.

Pyongyang’s Workers Party of Korea is circulating an official internal document on EMP, obtained and photographed by the Daily NK, as reported by Mun Dong Hui (Nov. 23, 2018):

When America’s Press Contradicts America’s President

by Eric Zuesse, Strategic Culture:

On November 16th, the Washington Post headlined that “CIA concludes Saudi crown prince ordered Jamal Khashoggi’s assassination” and reported that “The CIA’s assessment, in which officials have said they have high confidence, is the most definitive to date linking [Crown Prince] Mohammed [bin Salman] to the [murder] operation.”

Then, after almost a full week of silence on that, US President Trump, on November 22nd, denied that the CIA had come to any conclusion, at all, about whether Saudi Crown Prince Salman had ordered the murder of Khashoggi: Trump said “They did not come to a conclusion. They have feelings certain ways. I have the report… They have not concluded. I don’t know if anyone’s going to be able to conclude that the Crown Prince did it.” Congressional Democrats promptly responded to the President’s statement, by repeating what the Washington Post had said, and telling CNN, “The CIA concluded that the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia was directly involved in the assassination of Khashoggi. They did it with high confidence, which is the highest level of accuracy that they will vouch for.”

This Is NOT Conservative

by Karl Denninger, Market Ticker:

Simply put what we’re dealing with here is not “Conservatism” at all: It is instead the promotion of violent, at-gunpoint thuggery in which refusal means death by withdrawal of that which you allegedly need to survive.

A coalition of 55 conservative groups has written a letter calling on the Trump administration to withdraw a proposal to lower drug prices, warning of creating “price controls.”

The letter from the groups represents a break between President Trump and conservative allies over the drug pricing proposal unveiled in October, which departs from the traditional Republican position on drug prices.

The letter warns that the administration’s proposal “imports foreign price controls into the U.S.”

It was signed by leaders of prominent conservative groups such as Americans for Tax Reform, FreedomWorks and the American Conservative Union.

The Amazon Deal Shows Why We Must End Corporate Welfare

by James Devereaux, Activist Post:

Amazon’s second headquarters has created a lot of hope and speculation since it was announced. Cities put together bids listing the benefits their areas could provide, including large tax breaks. One bid reportedly offered $7 billion in total benefits. The winners, Crystal City, Virginia, and Queens, New York, offered nearly a combined $2 billion in public funds ($2.4 billion when accounting for the late Nashville addition). This has generated a fair amount of public backlash.

Yet, as Veronique de Rugby explained, these dollars weren’t necessarily the deciding factor— local workforces, infrastructure, and access to other companies all played a more important role. Indeed, not only are other factors more important, but these costs—the subsidies and tax breaks meant to entice—do not benefit these cities in the long run. The influx of new jobs from Amazon is about what is expected without their contribution. These are areas already blessed with economic growth; jobs are created, and local economies flourish regardless of these special economic favors.

Robert Mueller Withheld “Details That Would Exonerate The President”

from Zero Hedge:

It appears that special counsel Robert Mueller withheld key information in its plea deal with Trump’s former attorney, Michael Cohen, which would exonerate Trump and undermine the entire purpose of the special counsel, according to Paul Sperry of RealClearInvestigations.

Cohen pleaded guilty last week to lying to the Senate intelligence committee in 2017 about the Trump Organization’s plans to build a Trump Tower in Moscow – telling them under oath that negotiations he was conducting ended five months sooner than they actually did.

I Quit Google Over Its Censored Chinese Search Engine. The Company Needs to Clarify Its Position on Human Rights.

by Jack Poulson, The Intercept:

JOHN HENNESSY, THE chair of Google’s parent company, Alphabet Inc., was recently asked whether Google providing a search engine in China that censored results would provide a net benefit for Chinese users. “I don’t know the answer to that. I think it’s — I think it’s a legitimate question,” he responded. “Anybody who does business in China compromises some of their core values. Every single company, because the laws in China are quite a bit different than they are in our own country.”

Hennessy’s remarks were in relation to Project Dragonfly, a once-secret project within Google to build a version of its search engine that meets the demands of the ruling Chinese Communist Party — namely, that Google proactively censor “sensitive” speech and comply with China’s data provenance and surveillance laws.

Truth Is What We Hide, Self-Serving Cover Stories Are What We Sell

by Charles Hugh Smith, Of Two Minds:

The fact that lies and cover stories are now the official norm only makes us love our servitude with greater devotion.

We can summarize the current era in one sentence: truth is what we hide, self-serving cover stories are what we sell. Jean-Claude Juncker’s famous quote captures the essence of the era: “When it becomes serious, you have to lie.”

And when does it become serious? When the hidden facts of the matter might be revealed to the general public. Given the regularity of vast troves of well-hidden data being made public by whistleblowers and white-hat hackers, it’s basically serious all the time now, and hence the official default everywhere is: truth is what we hide, self-serving cover stories are what we sell.
