U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) revealed Thursday that four million pills of fentanyl were found concealed in the trailer of a truck driven by a 20-year-old with U.S. citizenship.

The lethal dosage of fentanyl is approximately 0.002 grams, indicating that the seized quantity was potent enough to kill 250 million Americans.
