“The greatest trick the Devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn’t exist” is a quote generally attributed to Charles Baudelaire – or possibly Keyser Söze depending on who you ask on the internet. Something similar can be said about Big Brother.
When you think about what our emerging surveillance state will look like, you think 1984. You imagine East Germany powered by Google and Amazon. You recall your favorite dystopian sci-fi film – or maybe horror stories of China’s social credit system. Thoughts of a frustrated middle-aged police chief from a mid-sized Midwestern town attempting to procure security cameras with innovative new features probably don’t come to mind. You definitely don’t think of a guy in a lawn chair jotting down the license plate numbers of passing vehicles in a notebook. And that’s partly how the surveillance state is going to emerge as it creeps its way into one small town at a time.

Please enjoy this rapid fire interview as I react to several developing stories including Director-General of the World Health Organization Tedros frustration with the lack of world enthusiasm for his attempted power grab through the 2024 Pandemic Preparedness Treaty Alliance and new International Health Regulations. Here is a quick explanation from Canadian MP Leslyn Lewis:
by Chris Menahan, Information Liberation:
Senator Chuck Schumer (D-NY) was accused of blackmailing the American people on Monday by claiming that if the $118 billion Israel-Ukraine aid bill is not passed then US troops could be sent to fight on the frontlines “in Eastern Europe.”
“We’re at a turning point in America. This bill is crucial and history will look back on it and say did America fail itself,” Schumer told Morning Joe.
“If we don’t aid Ukraine, Putin will be walk all over Ukraine, we will lose the war and we could be fighting in eastern Europe and a NATO ally in a few years,” he added. “Americans won’t like that.”

‘The message is clear. In fact, explicitly clear’
The world’s richest people, whose who travel by private jet burning up fossil fuels from resort home to resort home all the while complaining that the “‘people” don’t want to buy expensive and unreliable electric vehicles to “save” the planet, do things differently.
Take, for example, what was represented to be “art” at a recent World Economic Forum gathering in Switzerland.
by Paul Craig Roberts, Paul Craig Roberts:

In my lifetime I have watched the complete overthrow of American men. The only role that they have left is to be a hate object for feminists.
I think the overthrow was initiated with the 1964 Civil Rights Act as implemented, contrary to the statutory language in the law, by the EEOC bureaucracy. Congress explicitly prohibited racial quotas, but the EEOC under the leadership of Alfred Blumrosen put in place a regulatory system that, at first, under the name of “affirmative action” gave racial preference to blacks in university admissions, hiring, and promotion. Soon after the preferences were extended to women, and later to the handicapped and now to sexual perverts.

One of the stealthiest ways to cripple a nation and weaken its power is to rid that nation of its borders. A nation cannot defend itself from foreign adversaries if that nation can no longer define its territory and enforce its laws. Right now, over 300,000 people a month are kicking down the door and marching into the United States as undocumented aliens. This figure now exceeds the U.S. birth rate. Americans are being replaced by hordes of people who could NOT care less about American values, traditions and the republic on which the nation was founded.
The revolt is going global and my local mockingbird "news" readers tell me the farmers in France are mad about "low wages"… https://t.co/LfDVFTpkb5

I didn’t watch Jay Powell on “60 Minutes” because I knew it would mainstream media sugar-coated drivel wrapped around propaganda as the obsequious 60 Minutes anchor tossed J-Pow meatball questions. But I did learn that Powell asserted that it is unlikely that there will be another real estate led bank crisis, particular with the TBTF banks. I course, there’s no way he can honestly say that he has a clue as to the potential magnitude of CRE exposure via OTC derivatives at the TBTF’s – no one does. And Powell’s statement is certainly reminscient of when Ben Bernanke asserted that the subprime debt problem was “contained” in 2007…
