“Experts analysed 14,170 people with major depression disorder from 218 separate trials and ranked different forms of exercise by how effective they were at treating the condition compared with existing treatments,” reports the Telegraph.

US Senator J. D.. Vance (R, OH) explains that the Republican Senate Leader, Mitch McConnell, is an agent for the Democrats. And he is.
What Vance doesn’t address is that the large contingent of Republican senators who are so totally committed to continue to pour billions of dollars into Ukraine’s lost war with Russia have a commitment to the profits and power of the US military/security complex, not to Ukraine.

When it comes to the American border crisis, it is not just the southern border that illegals are busting through and putting American families at risk.

Border agents have encountered almost 30,000 Chinese “migrants” so far this fiscal year. If that pace through four months continues to year’s end, the final figure will dwarf the massive influx of the possible spies and sleeper military personnel who crossed the border since the beginning of fiscal 2021.
Nearly 20,000 of the Chinese illegally crossed the southwest border, the vast majority of those in the San Diego sector.

By now, everyone in the entire world heard about a New York federal jury’s award of $83 million dollars to E. Jean Carroll against Donald J. Trump for what she claims was defamation arising from her claim of a sexual assault in a Bergdorf’s dressing room. The verdict itself consists of $18.3 million dollars in compensatory damages and $65 million in punitive damages. What virtually no one reports is these damage awards are grossly excessive. The overwhelming likelihood is Donald Trump won’t have to pay anywhere near this amount of money, even if his efforts to reverse the verdict altogether fail. Let’s take a closer look at the reasons why.

They were able to delay the U.S. economy’s day of reckoning, but they were not able to put it off indefinitely. During the pandemic, the Federal Reserve pumped trillions of dollars into the financial system and our politicians borrowed and spent trillions of dollars that we did not have. All of that money caused quite a bit of inflation, but it also created a “sugar rush” for the economy. In other words, economic conditions were substantially better than they would have been otherwise. Unfortunately, there will be a great price to be paid for such short-term thinking. From the federal government on down, our entire society is absolutely drowning in debt, and now it appears that our economic problems are about to go to the next level.
