Coalition calls out administration for failing to take decisive action, warns of “political consequences.”

Americans for Health Freedom and a coalition of physicians, researchers, writers, and medical-freedom advocates are demanding that President Donald Trump and Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. remove mRNA vaccines from the market and terminate the federal PREP Act declaration covering COVID-19 injections.

The letter published today directly challenges Trump and Kennedy over their handling of mRNA products, warning that the health-freedom movement could withdraw political support if the administration does not act.

“As influential leaders within the MAHA and health freedom movements, we are writing to object to policies under your oversight related to the mRNA platform, and to call you to act on our policy goals,” the letter states.

“If you continue to ignore our central issue of removing the mRNA platform, the MAHA and health freedom movements will withdraw their support of you, and you will face the political consequences.”

The authors say removing mRNA shots remains a “centerpiece” of their agenda and accuse the administration of failing to take decisive action.

Six Demands for Trump & Kennedy

The letter culminates in six policy demands.

First, the signatories call for a ban on “mRNA/gene therapy-derived technologies for all vaccines.”

They then demand that Kennedy terminate the PREP Act declaration covering COVID-19 injections, arguing that “no emergency exists” and objecting to the liability protections afforded to manufacturers and administrators.

The coalition also asks the administration to recommend that Congress repeal the PREP Act entirely.

Its remaining demands are a ban on direct-to-consumer pharmaceutical advertising, revision of HHS policies the group says incentivize medical coercion, and an end to conflicts of interest at the CDC, FDA, NIH, and NIAID.

Letter Targets Continued mRNA Policies

The group lists seven specific objections to current federal policy.

Among them are the continued administration of COVID-19 mRNA shots, approval of a new mRNA influenza product, what the letter characterizes as inadequate assistance for people reporting vaccine injuries, and a claimed $1.24 billion in HHS contracts with Pfizer for future mRNA products.
