Section 224 of the U.S. National Defense Authorization Act would effectively merge the U.S. and Israeli military. While Netanyahu smirks that this will end U.S. military aid to Israel — which he knows is increasingly unpopular — it goes much further, uniting the U.S. and Israeli tech and AI defense sectors in R&D, the production of weapons, joint ventures, etc. It can be stopped, and must be stopped.
