Democrats did it. They erased mothers and fathers with the stroke of a few pens and a crazy bill. Instead of “Mother” and “Father” in state law, we have “gestating parent” and “non-gestating parent.” Eventually, we won’t have a clue what we’re talking about. It passed the legislature and is on its way to Gov. Hochul’s desk. She will sign anything that keeps her in power.

A new New York bill is rewriting parental language in state law by swapping “mother” for “gestating parent” and “father” for “non-gestating parent.”
The rewrite pushed by state Democrats replaces traditional family terms in custody, domestic, and education law with gender-neutral alternatives.
Under the legislation, “mother” becomes “gestating parent,” while “father” is recast as “non-gestating parent” or simply “parent.” Even legal terminology like “paternity” cases will now be known as “parentage” proceedings.
Meanwhile, a “putative father” (commonly used in cases involving an unconfirmed biological parent) is now labeled an “alleged parent” in official state records.
This is how Democrats will make our lives better? Reducing parents to some biological function? But Democrats hate biology. They are nuts!

Mentally ill New York Democrats advanced Democrat state senator Luis Sepulveda’s bill to replace the words “mother” and “father” in a legal document. In their place, they will possibly forthwith be known as “gestating parent” and “non-gestating parent.”
That’s the best Sepulveda has to offer?
Clown World just loves these lunatics. However, Clown World does have a disproportionate number of Democrats.
We understand why Sepulveda came up with this. He was arrested for reportedly choking his wife in 2021; that’s the gestational wife. It was never proven, however, and he accused his wife of beating him or something.
