In the 1952 movie High Noon, Gary Cooper is the sheriff about to leave town when a gang of killers returns. When the sheriff tries to round up deputies to help him stand up to the killers, the townspeople won’t help. If nobody will stand up to them, the gang of killers will rule the town. The Sheriff faces a shootout in the street with Miller, the leader of the killers. After killing Miller, he throws his marshal badge in the dirt as a sign of contempt for the townspeople who won’t stand up for law and order. He then leaves town.

Fast forward to 2026.
ELF [Educated Liberal Females] protectors of killer illegals force street showdowns with ICE agents, using their automobiles as weapons. When one Minneapolis ELF tries to runover an ICE agent, he shoots and kills her.
In the movie High Noon, we cheer for the courageous Sheriff who protects the townspeople from killers. In Minneapolis, the mayor, governor, and assorted ELF spokespeople condemn the ICE agent who stood up to lawless protectors of violent illegal migrants.
Is it time for those who defend citizens from violent illegals to leave town, like Gary Cooper in High Noon? Should “sanctuary cities” be exempt from law enforcement? Should every citizen decide for themselves what laws they will follow?
High Noon for Sanctuary Cities?
If Sanctuary Cities indeed want to reject law and order, what will happen? More violence and deaths. ICE agents are like Gary Cooper’s sheriff, facing down potential killers every day. Without ICE, what’s left of law and order will quickly evaporate. At high noon, no lawman will step into the street to face off with killers. The killers will now be in charge.
The police forces in sanctuary cities have been instructed not to arrest illegals, even those with arrest warrants for violence and murder. What message does that send to criminal illegals? That you may steal, stab, attack, and murder with impunity. That you illegals are a protected class of predators who may treat legal law-abiding citizens as lawful prey.
