WASHINGTON — Nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) “operating under a Christian veneer” are engineering an “invasion” of the United States by exploiting federal funding to encourage illegal immigration, facilitate human trafficking, and enable population replacement, according to William Wolfe, a former Trump administration official and current executive director of the Center for Baptist Leadership.

In an interview with Border Hawk, Wolfe accused Catholic Charities, Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, and World Relief of using taxpayer dollars to “push refugees up through South America and to our border”—a process he described as “not wholly organic” but “funded and facilitated by people who were using the name of Christ.”
“These massive NGOs that take a lot of money from the federal government… they were using that money to essentially encourage illegal immigration to the United States,” Wolfe said. “The southern border invasion was not wholly organic by any means. It was funded and facilitated by people who were using the name of Christ.”
